“Great little spot but if you blink you'll miss it setback from the road and with a large Tim's sign on hyway 9 (which has gotten my order wrong twice in the last three times ive been there) the same intersection easy to miss .... pleasant and polite staff with no language barrier ....“

“I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. I politely greeted her and proceeded to order my coffee and iced Capp. She made my order and placed the coffee and iced capp on the counter without saying a word and gestured to the straws instead of handing me one with the order. I politely thanked her but I was a little offset by her rude demeanour although I was still polite with her. Not impressed with the service.“

My coffee is always made perfectly, and the food is fresh every time. The team really cares about getting the order right and serving customers with a smile.

The restaurant and drive-thru are kept clean and organized, which makes a big difference during busy mornings. I often stop by before school or work, and they never fail to start my day off right. Big thanks to the whole crew for their hard work and positive attitude!“

“I was in the Tim Hortons earlier today and witnessed a young lady being quite rude to the staff because her order was taking “too long” or something alone the lines. The restaurant seemed to be very busy, and those young workers were doing their very best to serve everyone quickly and with a smile. I just wanted to leave a little note to say how much I appreciate their hard work. They did not deserve to be spoken to like that, nor video recorded, and I hope this kind message helps brighten their day. Keep up the great work“
