The menu is still reasonably priced, not like most other Viet places in the city that have jacked their prices in recent years. And the portions are great - my regular pho had double the beef I would typically get at other joints. And the broth was flavourful and clean. A Barton St. institution that I hope is around forever!“

There is some type of sauce that is used on the classic banh mi that takes it to a next level.
Loved that there was not an excessive amount of butter as I have experienced elsewhere.

Bread could be a touch fresher or maybe it was just the bum end of the bun.

My wife said that it could be the best banh mi she's ever had.

Friendly owner taking the orders and an old poa-poa making the sandwiches (love it).

Can't complain about the price; $5.50 for a regular classic and $6.50 for extra meat.
Ranks high up on my list of best banh mi after only one visit. Will be back for more.“
