“My husband and I have had several meals at Swiss Chalet Barrhaven Ontario location and I have to say the food was EXCELLENT, fast service, large portions but most of all EXCEPTIONAL, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY service from George and Donya ( our servers). We will continue to eat here when we are in Ottawa. Thank you for providing quality on all levels“

Lastly, this place has amazing seasoned potato wedges. Ordered the hell kitchens chicken entree and it came with the best potato wedges I’ve ever had. Sadly didn’t take any photos.“

“This restaurant is a gem, especially for weekend brunch. As a local permanent makeup artist with a studio downtown this is my favourite place to grab a full slow-food breakfast before my first client arrives. The table settings are luxury class with white linens and proper settings. The variety and quality of food is excellent. I imagine that travellers staying in the hotel would have an excellent experience. Having tried other hotel restaurants in the downtown core I can say that the Carleton Grill is competing very well.“

“I go to Broadway Bar & Grill fairly often, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, and there are so many great options whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The mango smoothie is so refreshing and one of my favourite drinks to order. The breakfast wrap is also fantastic, and their home fries are hands down some of the best ever! For lunch or dinner, their Caesar salads and wraps are also really good. Everything I’ve tried has been consistently fresh and tasty.

The staff are phenomenal, friendly, attentive, and always provide quick service. The atmosphere is great, and it’s also a fantastic place to watch sports. Whether you’re going with friends to catch a game or just looking for somewhere casual to hang out, it’s a great spot.

We had booked a month in advance with a guestimated Attendee # but didn't know the final headcount until 3 days before. The Manager and staff were very, very attentive to all guests. Every visit was consistently amazing. We tried the steak sandwich, steak bites, French Onion soup, burgers, and the fish and chips (which were amazing). Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we needed after long days at the rink. But the absolute highlight of our experience was Leslie. She is truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had—so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. By the end of our week, we felt like we had made a new friend. Getting to know her was such a treat, and she made each visit even more special. Amazing food, incredible service, and an experience that kept us coming back night after night. “Very good experience at this Harvey's! The manager is really kind, respectful, welcoming, and makes guests feel comfortable. I greatly appreciate his attitude and the efforts he makes daily.

I've sometimes heard comments saying that the place isn't clean, but personally, I think the staff makes real efforts to keep the premises clean. We must not forget that some customers may dirty the tables, toilets, or other areas after cleaning.

The place is generally quiet, the food is clean and well-prepared. A big thank you to the manager for his professionalism, his hospitality, and the efforts he makes. It's worth highlighting! 👍“

“Dropped in for lunch. Loved the food. Housemade chicken curry soup was excellent and I have a lot of experience with curry. Also had a blueberry lemon scone that was crisp on the outside and tender buttery on the inside. My wife had a breakfast sandwich, which at Good Eats is far above the ordinary with housemade English muffins, cheese layered in the egg and perfectly cooked bacon. There was some sort of chutney on the English Muffin which added a nice spicy touch. Very welcoming staff. Friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Also they had nice art on the walls from a local artist.“

“I love, love, love this place! To me Gabriel Pizza has the very best pizza in Ottawa and their spaghetti sauce is the very best sauce around as well and their pasta is always perfectly cooked! We order either pizza, spaghetti, or lasagna from this location at least once a week and the food is consistently delicious; we always use their delivery services, and the food always arrives hot and well within the Estimated Delivery Time. Next time you crave pizza or a delicious spaghetti or lasagna with meat sauce, turn to Gabriel Pizza for great taste and use this location for friendly, quick and accurate delivery!! Enjoy!!!“

“So happy to see this harveys location reopened! Went by today for lunch and got excellent and friendly service, the drive thru worker and older gentleman especially. Got a Buffalo chicken sandwich which was super crispy and fresh, as were the onion rings. Great milkshake also! Will come again!“
