“Really nice food. Always cooked well. Never over done. Ingredients seem to be good quality as well. Portions are large and very good value.
All the folks who work there are helpful and friendly.
There are a handful of tables inside but this is mostly a take out spot.“

The classic noodles are pretty thick, so next time I would go thin.
My only qualm is that the server was practically watching me eat, which was pretty uncomfortable. It's good to check on customers here and there, but standing on guard and watching is too awkward and creates pressure.“

“We hadn’t been in years and were very pleased that we decided to go. The food was really good and the service is excellent. We went in hungry and came out stuffed! Loved the entire experience. We won’t wait so long to go again.“

“Ordered take out for dinner: century egg and pork congee, rice rolls and beef brisket noodles.
Congee was the highlight 10/10: Silky smooth, flavourful but not too salty, big portion of century egg and lean pork, delicious.
Rice rolls 7/10: Flavour of the meat a bit lacking but the rice rolls are fresh. Remember to add soy sauce and enjoy!
Noodles 6/10: Found the selection of beef brisket quite poor, not much meat, lots of tendon and tough chewy bits.
Would come back for the rice rolls and congee, thanks!“

“Got the L8 and L19 chicken curry. The curry is amazing please try it if you don't get anything else. The L8 bbq pork is great but the scrambled egg is okay sort of bland but has potential. The soup it comes with is corn soup it alright kinda watered down. Their Hong Kong tea is a bit bitter but it's strong.“

“Great food. Tom was amazing. His recommendations were on point. The portion size is massive. A hidden gem in Newmarket! Tom also helped me make a sauce with all ingredients on the table as I am a vegetarian and was not able to eat the fish sauce. Excellent creation.“

“Wonderful mom and pop type shop. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and very quick. As a fellow chef I cannot recommend this place more. It was insanely fresh everything cooked to perfection and the staff were very happy to be working. You could tell they enjoy their jobs by the way they interact with fellow staff and their customers. If you want something quick and amazing try this place out :)“

“I think I found my go to local Chinese spot in Aurora! I've lived in the area for 2 years now and have tried different Chinese takeout spots but haven't found the right fit for our preferences. Mei Ling's has the perfect amount of classic Chinese takeout vibes on their menu. When you just want those nostalgic dishes for a great price.
We got the chicken balls (thick meat to batter ratio and perfectly crispy), sweet and sour pork (a childhood fav) and the thick rice noodles stir fry with beef (I wish it had more of a wok flavor but still very good).
They also do free local delivery starting at 4pm which really adds to the value. I can't wait to try more dishes!“

“Absolutely amazing! The workers are some of the nicest people you’ve ever met, the food is delicious and addicting, AND the place is kept almost SPOTLESS! I never feel bad bragging about eating here, I really think it is one of the best restaurants in North America, and I’m happy to eat here for such low prices.“

“Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area, they don't use too much oil and the flavours are well balanced. Excellent portion sizes for the price, many of their entrees come with an included hot drink and soup of the day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more authentic experience and menu! Their online ordering isn't always available, so best to call the restaurant directly if you're placing an order for pick up.“

“Enjoyed take out Jade Garden's pick 4 last night. The service was friendly. I dropped by early evening, food was ready quickly. “Second time visiting this noodle house. We love how they setup the menu. For the noodle soups you have 3 choices of broths. We chose the coconut this time. Not too spicy. We also love the shredded chicken “burger” so good! Great atmosphere.

“We made a reservation on a weekday evening. Very busy restaurant in a small plaza. A lot of take out and there’s a line by the cashier. Phone is ringing all the time.
Overall the food is tasty and yummy. They were able to accommodate me since I’m pregnant. Less seasoning.“
“OMG this food is so good! And we KNOW great Chinese food! We have lived here for 4 years and have tried several of the Chinese restaurants in the area! We were lost for hope because nothing came close to the delicious Chinese food that we had in our old area of Richmond Hill! But this place is soo soo soo yummy! And will be our new Chinese place of choice!“

“Never had the chance to try Chinese skewers before. But this place did the job. Went with a group of friends to find a place to eat walking distance from his home. Skewers were great, ordering food was very easy using the QR code. Food came out relatively quickly after ordering.
They offer a decent wide selection. The salads we ordered were also very tasty. Staff were friendly and did a great job. Overall I think all of us were pretty happy and satisfied with dinner. Even though I live far from this place, I would not object to eating here again if I am in the area in the future.“
