“First time at this location! Very clean, chill atmosphere and enough room for those to hang out or those waiting for to go orders
What needs to be improved is unlike other Boba tea places, the brand lacks the option to choose sweetness and Ice levels, not all drinks come in a large which was a surprise to me (I rarely go to Alley), no slush options aside from their special which only came in a regular size
I got the taro ube and it was still way too sweet for me but the drink was aesthetically pleasing and the tapioca was made well.“

“This is my favourite and only spot that I love to go to for Bubble Teas and Ice Cream Milkshake Bubble Teas! It’s so close to the Transit Station at Innovation District and right in the core of Downtown Brampton. “I must say I have been to A LOT of bubble tea shops BUT this particular shop gets it RIGHT every time! Best bubble tea ever! I buy 2-3 every Friday. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. If the kungfu tea app is malfunctioning staff will give me same discounts as on app.“

“A person who ordered after me got his drink first for no good reason. The person before me was not asked to show his ticket number but I was…..The workers seem unfriendly and stand-offish. They don’t explain how anything works and when you ask questions they seem disinterested…..makes you feel like a burden. The passion fruit drink was good but I didn’t care for the brown sugar milk tea all I tasted was jasmine. The place is nice but the workers are dry and I dont think it’s a personal thing….it just is what it is. Only went because my daughter really wanted to try it.“

“Loved the bubble tea here. Staff were courteous and efficient. Interior space is nice and they have a little shop inside that sells cute Asian stuff like keychains, stuffed animals and stationery. I got an epic bubble tea drink 🧋with 6 toppings (pearls, sago, crystal pearls, grass jelly, tea jelly and coconut jelly), lol. It was all toppings, but that's how I like it. 🤣 Best Coco location in all of Ottawa!! 💖“

“When we arrived we were greeted by Lloyd and James. the atmosphere was clean and was a great climate. James took our order at the counter and was extremely friendly and kind to us. he took time to talk to us and went above and beyond with customer service. I ordered the ice cream with the egg waffle and and guava drink and it was a 10/10 definitely recommended to try.Overall really enjoyed the experience with the drinks and food we tried and was made better by the kind staff5 stars!“
