“I think it's the 1st Tim or such kind of shop while entering the small city of Brantford via Colborne st E .

Staffs were very polite. But the options in the display shelf where limited , may be it's because it's in the outskirts of the city .

The place is so calm and there was no crowd in the shope .“

“This is my favourite Tim's in Brantford. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, always cut my bagel, and my order is always accurate. The staff are very friendly and the drive thru is usually pretty quick. One time I forgot to order a Timbit for my dog (he was going nuts) and I didn't want to hold up the line, so I wasn't going to get him one. The staff gave me one anyways and said it was on them. So kind and very appreciated!“

“Today I had a wonderful Tim hortons worker named Tammy, correct a mistake she noticed without me asking and made me a new wrap as she noticed somethin from it...I believe the last time I was at this location I ordered something and the menu made it not so clear when ordering which of either the bowl or wrap I wanted and and the opposite was made and I think Tammy also was there and corrected it no charge and no hesitating, and I think it's rarethese days in fat food people who make the food care about the order being proper and have such integrity as Tammy. “This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons to visit. I commute in from Norwich every day, and its the perfect study space for me. The staff have always been exceptionally friendly, fast, and accurate with my order. They are under new management, the boss is often seen behind the counter, out in the parking lot making sure everything is in working order. Shout out to Emu and Rhys“

“I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in years for a few reasons including cleanliness and lack of English speaking staff. Today, after seeing a Caucasian man running the drive through window at this location, I had to stop and order a coffee.

I’m bi-racial but witnessing my daughter struggle to find a job, feeling like a foreigner in my own country, I’ve began avoiding places where the staff are difficult to understand or have difficulty understanding me (unless it’s clearly an ethnic specific store). This Tim Hortons was a breath of fresh air. And it’s not that they don’t employ foreigners, because they do. It’s just that this location is not predominantly foreign workers! I was able to order comfortably and accurately! Thank you to this location.“

“Went through the drive-thru yesterday and was so impressed with how quick everything was. I grabbed my go-to….a cheese croissant, and it was fresh, just the way I love it. The coffee was honestly one of the best brews I’ve had in a bit, smooth and delicious. One of my favorite spots in Brantford! Thanks, Tim’s!“
