“Today me and my friend celebrated our last day of highschool. We decided to go to our local Starbucks. We walked in expecting our normal experience, instead we were delighted and excited to discover Starbucks, Fairview’s new hire Ralph! He presented us with the most amazing customer service and we think he deserves as much recognition as necessary.“

Service is always awesome but today they went above and beyond. I accidentally left my wallet somewhere in the store and didn't notice until half an hour or so after I left. Losing your wallet is a total nightmare - having to cancel your cards and replace your IDs.
The moment I walked back in I did not even have to ask the team if they had my wallet. A kind young woman behind the counter called out to me and had it ready! They had remembered me and saved me the stress from having to search the store myself. Nothing was missing from my wallet and the day was saved!
This happened today on Sunday August 31st from 4:30pm-6pm so whoever was working that shift: THANK YOU! Sincerely, thank you for saving me from a ton of stress and headaches and for being good, honest people in today's world.

“I had the most amazing experience at Starbucks today, all thanks to Kate and Loren. From the moment I walked in, Loren’s friendly and welcoming energy made me feel like a valued customer. She took my order with such a positive attitude that it set the tone for my visit.
Then, Kate worked her magic behind the counter, preparing my Caramel Latte with whipped cream to absolute perfection. You could tell she put real care into making it just right, and it tasted incredible.
Kate and Loren went above and beyond to turn a simple coffee break into something special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and teamwork didn’t go unnoticed. They’re the kind of people who make you look forward to coming back!

“I am thoroughly pleased with Starbucks, with the bev (Dragonfruit is fruity and fresh!) and a snack (Oatbar, always fresh!) and the staff (they are friendly and professional ?)! See you all again, drive-thru or in the restaurant counter!

“Newest store in the neighbourhood. Known as the Metro Appleby Store in the Millcroft Metro. The staff are new and friendly. It's located in the metro and will have its own entrance as well. It's open to the grocery store and is small but a welcome respite before or after groceries. No drive through. Parking available. No high chairs (yet). No bathroom but there is one in the metro. They only operate inside metros regular hours of operation.“
“These hours aren't accurate!! It says they are open until 9 on Saturdays, on the Starbucks app as well. Just went there, closed and doors locked. I finally decide to look up the Burlington centre website directory for the Starbucks, completely different hours. Says closed at 7.

“First time at this location for drive thru, and I think the young ladies name was Mia and she was wonderful. I don’t usually write reviews but the questions she asked me through drive through I had never been asked at a Starbucks before. For my chive bakes she asked if I wanted ketchup… and then for my drink if I wanted a straw for it and I thought of yeah that would probably help a lot. Wonderful presence and great customer service. It’s the small things !“
“I had walked in without realizing that it was minutes to closing. I didn’t want to be a bother so I apologized and was embarrassed because I have worked in customer service before and I didn’t want to be that one person that comes in last minute. I was about to leave until the two staff members behind the counter were so kind and assured me that it was fine and said that they could still make my order. The drink was delicious and I am so thankful for the kindness and hospitality I was shown that day. That being said, I do not encourage going into places right before closing time.“
