“AMAZING donuts and service. We loved everything we tried, and our kiddo with celiac had their first donut in months. They had three choices for gluten free donuts that were all delicious. “I recently visited Starbucks and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a slice of banana bread, and both were excellent. What impressed me most was the consistency—Starbucks always maintains a high standard, no matter which location you visit.

“I came to Melville Cafe because of the trending downturn of service at Coffee Cultures Cafe down the street. I walk downtown almost daily and like to get something to eat. The service, menu, food and atmosphere blows Coffee Cultures Cafe away! I was very impressed. I ordered a sandwich and drink and had no problem waiting at the counter while it was made. The woman asked me to have a seat and she would delivery the food to my table. I told her I wanted to sit outside. She said, no problem at all, I'll come find you. The person who cashed me out and the woman who made my sandwich and delivered it were pleasant, friendly, polite and smiled. I know where I'll be going from now on. Thank you for the amazing service. I should have been coming here all along! Plus, they have an amazing view of the river. There is no comparison.“

“This is the best Boba tea place of all time. Hands down most flavorful and will make your mouth start watering. The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“The service is great, the staff are very friendly, if the tables are a bit messy they clean them up quickly when asked, the washrooms are clean and checked often. Arina, Megan and Marion are very efficient and since we go to this particular store all the time they know our orders and ring them in soon as we are at the counter. The coffee is crab and hot, the food is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.“

“The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
