“I often visit this Starbucks and the staff are always so friendly and polite it’s a very welcoming atmosphere! Most times I use the app to order my favourite coffee drink and take it to go.
Sometimes I will enjoy it inside when I have some extra time.
I have always had a great experience here and my drink is made fairly quickly and tastes great!

“Really good cafe in Cambridge!! The food was good, the service was kind and fast. The space is kinda big and you can sit there for hours and don’t even notice. There is a view for the river there as well.
Is located almost inside the University Building!“

“This is the best Boba tea place of all time. Hands down most flavorful and will make your mouth start watering. The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
