“I’m always a returning customer of Ela’s Galateria and chocolate shop. They are my go to shop when hosting events for party favours and desserts. I’ve recently ordered sugar cookies as party favours for a baby shower of my sis-in-law and my brother. Everyone loved the exquisite design and taste of the sugar cookies. Dee is very nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.“

“I bought the Oreo cake on a whim and it was truly one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The chiffon was fresh and airy and the cream delightful, not too sweet at all and just a tad salty. I’ll be buying all my cakes here from now on! Beware that they don’t accept credit card payment.“

“Stopped in to grab a milkshake and check this place out. I am always searching for a good milkshake and this was by far the BEST I have ever had! Beats Johnny Rockets and Shake Shack by a mile! Absolutely delicious and nice and thick. The menu offerings are plentiful and we will definitely be back! To top it off, the lady who served us was so sweet and friendly making it a very positive experience. If you haven't been there I highly recommend you check it out for yourself!“

“Came across this cute dessert cafe, close to the bowling alley nearby. The owner was very hospitable. She has a very large variety of sweet goods (ie canolis, cupcakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, cakes, fresh dubai chocolate, homemade ice cream), not to mention a wide selection of lattes. We had the biscoff and sweet & salty brownie ice cream. Samples of macaroons and date squares were given. Delicious 😋. If you're in the area of highway 7 and Marycroft, this place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Vegan options also available.“

“This is our go-to dessert place whenever we are close by. It never disappoints us, and everything is delicious. The lotus cookie and waffle are really good; definitely try them out. Service-wise, we just need to order the food, get a beeper, wait for it to get ready, and pick it up when ready. Fast and simple. The place isn't big, but there are seats available every time we go there, and the noise level isn't loud either. If you're close by and thinking of having some bingsu, definitely try the place out if you haven't.“

“Gianfranco is an awesome person and chef, took the time explaining the whole process to me over the phone and told me this was authentic Italian Tiramisu unlike the modified version who cheap out on ingredients. Tasted amazing, mine was fresh so cutting it was hard to get a perfect slice for pictures ? if you want a quality Tiramisu give Nonna's House Tiramisu a try. I went for the classic, can't go wrong with that choice!Update:After putting it in the freezer it's much easier to cut it the next day and it holds up very nicely.“

“love sugar marmalade! this location can get pretty busy fast, but the food always slaps. I always get their taiwanese popcorn chicken meal (chicken, rice, broccoli and boiled egg). Their pricing is very affordable in my opinion. I think it’s a great option for students.“

The portion was pretty big that I couldn’t finish it myself. Service was attentive, and my water was refilled on a regular basis without asking. Definitely recommend!“

“I was craving a red velvet cookie and luckily Insomnia had some. The reviews here are very mixed but I would say the service was quick and friendly when we came. The cookies are actually delicious, I was even saying they were better than another cookie shop we usually go to. The red velvet was exactly how I expected it to taste and would come back to get some more. The “premium” cookies like skor and smores are a bit more in price but it makes sense when you see the size you get. Overall, I would order here again for cookies and next time I’ll give the ice cream sandwich a try.“
