“We always love coming here when we're around Scotiabank or Rogers Centre. Great location to just hop on the subway after, especially with a toddler in tow. The chicken has always been consistent and juicy. Maybe it was a one-time incident; The most recent visit, the chicken was a bit dry (whole chicken platter combo). But won't prevent us from saying, we highly recommend! We'd definitely still return.“

“The claim to fame of this brand is that they sell chicken sandwiches and chicken strips where you decide the spice level of your item from no spice to "reaper" spice level.
The product is very tasty, and their French fries are also great.
My recommendation is to error on the side of less and not more spice since their very hot sandwiches are very hot indeed.
Washrooms were clean abd well supplied.

“Got 2 100 Boxes. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes but wound up being closer to 40 minutes. Usually I wouldnt mind but underground parking is paid and outdoor parking is limited to 20 minutes. Chicken tastes amazing, thick and crunchy (yet still soft) breading with great sauce - I would eat 3 drumsticks in a heartbeat. The Cheeseling chicken had more of a cheese powder on it rather than actual proper drizzled cheese but alas, still tasted good. Kimchi was good, rice was good. One 100 Box should fill you up, decent serving size for $15.“

Very hospitable, customer service skills were top notch and I've worked in customer service for 20+ years. He made us feel welcome and was just genuinely so nice. “I'll only be ordering from Mary Brown's whenever I crave fried chicken from now on. First of all, it's one of the few Canadian businesses that hasn't been bought out by an American parent company. Secondly, the service has been consistently good compared to KFC and Popeyes. If you order a 4-piece meal, it's one leg, one thigh, one wing, and one breast. Not once have they mixed up an order or forgotten an item. Unlike at Popeyes, where 8 out of 10 times they either forget an item or give you all thighs in a three-piece meal. Minu clearly explained what the menu options were, and I appreciated how patient and friendly the staff were throughout, especially Minu. The food was good and hot, but it was the excellent service that truly stood out and made my visit memorable.

“Every time I come to this location at Parliament & Winchester it’s normally great service, my 2 main issues are the tables are normally not cleaned and garbage is sitting on the table tops and leftover food n sauces not cleaned every time I come on random days as well I am here today which is Oct 18,2024 there guy staff was nice but women behind the counter was rude when ordering I ordered a pop for my niece and before I could finish ordering she said out loud “that’s it all you want is a pop? Anything else?” I said YES actually I want the 12 piece combo with extra sides then she was sort of nice and I requested for extra napkins, and cutlery and a bag when waiting for our food it took longer than it should we ordered around 2:16 and did t get our food till after 2:45 as that was happening others who came after us got there orders. As well when she brought our food she forgotten a few things I’ve asked for so my niece went up to request again and as she was requesting them my niece had noticed the lady rolled her eyes and looked annoyed as my niece was polite used her manners .. I get everyone has there bad days but please don’t take it out on your customers it’s not cool. It’s all I ask. If this attitude continues I will report to head office but I figure I’ll sorta let it go but I had to write a review about it.“

“Some of the best fried chicken I've had. The Al-Baik is injected with hot sauce, and the exterior is perfectly crispy and greasy (which I like) at the same time. Stays that way even if you don't have a chance to eat it right away. Very flavourful and always hits. Just wish they'd take phone orders, but they don't since they've have a few no-shows.
