“We visited this location for lunch today and found it to be fairly quiet and not very busy. We ordered two chicken sandwiches along with a chicken box meal that came with wedges.

The chicken was fresh, juicy, and pleasantly non-greasy, which sets it apart from many other fried chicken places. The sandwiches were good overall, though a bit more seasoning or flavor would have made them even better.

The chicken box included three pieces of chicken and wedges, and both were served fresh and hot. The wedges were especially impressive—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and cooked perfectly.

The service was really fast and friendly. Parking is also free as the plaza has free parking.

Overall, the food was enjoyable, the quality was solid, and everything tasted fresh. While there is some room for improvement in the sandwich flavor, this is a good option for fresh fried chicken and delicious wedges.“

“I stopped by Union Chicken at Union Station recently. The standout here is definitely the flavour, the kitchen has absolutely mastered the seasoning, and everything tasted delicious. However, there are a few execution details holding the experience back. First, the food temperature was disappointing. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and fries, and it arrived tepid rather than hot. I get that rotisserie chicken is made ahead of time, but I assume it had been pre-cut and left sitting in a food warmer, and the fries felt a bit tired instead of freshly made. On the fried chicken side, the flavor was spot on, but the breading completely flaked off the meat while eating it, would have been more enjoyable with better adhesion (perhaps a better dredge?). The meal layout could also use a rethink. Some of the larger meals are served on plates that are simply too small, making it a balancing act to keep food from spilling over or requiring multiple plates. Also, pairing a fried chicken plate with a heavy slice of brioche is a massive carb overload; swapping that bread for a fresh, crisp vegetable would make the meal way more cohesive and balanced. As for the service, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which gave the meal a nice, pleasant foundation. There is definitely still some room for them to sharpen their efficiency and attentiveness as they grow, but the positive attitude is already there. It's a solid, flavorful station stop, and with a few minor tweaks to freshness and plating, it could easily become a top-tier spot.“

“A lot of popeyes locations are hit or miss apparently, I figured that out when I tell people about my love for popeyes from other areas, and then when I tried other locations. This location is great, the chicken is always well seasoned and cooked well. Even if I am closer to a different popeyes location I go out of my way to come here instead for quality.“

“I love me some Big Mary. Honestly, their sandwiches and fried chicken beat out the vast majority of the chain restaurants out there. There’s maybe one other place that even belongs in the same conversation, but the Spicy Big Mary is easily my absolute favorite sandwich overall. I ask for a packet of Louisiana hot sauce and add it to my sandwhcih for that extra kick. Even without it, the sandwhich has great crunch, awesome kick, and real quality chicken.

I wish they had a spicier breading on the chicken (similar to jolibee) but the original chicken is so juicy I don’t mind. Burger was good too but I was so full cause they give you 4 pieces!!! “The Mary Brown’s Chicken in toronto is honestly a solid spot. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned, while still being juicy on the inside. The taters were also really good and had a nice crispy texture, and the gravy went perfectly with them. Portions were filling, and the food came out hot and fresh. “The wings were fine. I noticed later that he charged me $6.49 even though the Sunday price is $5.99. he still ignored me even though I told him twice but I only noticed later. I included a pic. Anyhow I chose this location because the girl here was nice to me before. I wanted to see her again she said she was from north India. This time around she decided to stay in the office and send some random guy out to service me (the same one who can't figure out what a daily special is). Even though I sat there and ate my wings she never once came out as though she was scorning. At first I thought she set him up to piss me off then I realized it was most likely karma the guy at the grocery store charged me 25 cents less than he should have for my cookie at first I thought it was a good gesture but then I realized no good deed goes unpunished and something would happen to balance it out so them charging me me a bit extra was just karma, you win some and you lose some. Clearly not coming back here if I have to be dealing with all these frustrating energies. She won't see me again touche!“

“I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Jollibee location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to make sure every order is correct.

A special shoutout to Sheelah, who happily took my order with a smile the entire time, it really made my visit enjoyable. I’d also like to recognize the female manager (I believe) who was working on July 23. She patiently opened every glass tumbler for customers who purchased one so they could inspect it for any damage. I’m sure it wasn’t the most exciting task, but she handled it with such a positive attitude and a smile on her face.

Despite being a very busy location, the restaurant is clean, organized, and you can tell the staff works incredibly hard. I’ve become a big fan of Jollibee’s chicken sandwiches and spaghetti. I’d highly recommend this location for both the great food and the outstanding customer service.“
