“We tried Toast on Bloor and our breakfast was amazing. I had the breakfast buritto and it was large with beans eggs bacon rice and aocado. NIcely done and my husbands Toast 3 egg breakfast was excellent. The only concern is the noise level. It needs more wall covering to cut down on the noise level. This would be a concern for anyone wht a hearing issue.“

I was there on a first date, and we were interrupted constantly. Four different servers came by to ask if everything was okay — and each of them did it multiple times. It felt like we were interrupted at least 15–16 times throughout the evening. I've honestly never experienced anything like that before. I understand checking in on guests, but this was excessive and made it hard to relax and enjoy the conversation. Overall, the experience was just okay because of that. Good food, but the service approach really needs some balance.“

The café is located on a busy, unassuming corner with lots of streetcar traffic. From the outside, it looks like a vintage convenience store, and the interior continues that quirky, retro vibe, making it a really unique spot.

My barista was absolutely charming and knowledgeable, explaining all about the coffee being brewed. They use Reunion Coffee, and the iced Americano they made for me was perfectly balanced — smooth, flavorful, and refreshing. “I went here to meet with a date looking for a quiet and cozy atmosphere. This is a space that delivered the vibe I wanted. Though I think the atmosphere could’ve used a bit more decor and some more natural light.

The patrons who are there seem to be return customers and occupy the space in a comforting and homey way! The price for the the baked good and cafe drinks where a great price at a delicious quality. Overall I was very satisfied with my time here and the things I consumed!“
