A few other companies we reached out to for a quote never even got back to us, whereas Arven was very quick to provide one and very responsive via email the entire time leading up to the event. “We recently had a corporate event at Bosch in Mississauga and had the ice cream truck over. Their service was excellent and dealing with them was seamless. Cherry on top was of course the ice cream itself which was delicious. Highly recommend them.“

“When I first saw this place there used to be long queues outside this shop during Covid days. Then I thought that may be I am missing something. Then on one day I went there when it was not so busy. My daughter just loved it...we tried gulab jamin roll ice cream. Not only good taste but it was interesting to see how the rolls were actually made. Saw kids just looking at the process of making these rolls. Rates slightly on the higher side but was worth it!!!“

“We went to get some ice cream at 7:45 pm on November 9th 2024 and had the most pleasant experience with the young woman with glasses, who was working on this night. She was very helpful in making recommendations and overall had wonderful customer service. She even told me the cost breakdown of my order with extras. I usually would not make a review for a quick ice cream run, but her wonderful customer service really made it a lovely experience! We will be back for sure“

“The Best Ham Sandwich. Recently I had to drive down to Montreal to help a family member. I didn't want to stop along the way so I stopped at Ma Maison to stock up on food for the road. I bought a ham sandwich and some wonderful pastries. I think it may have been the best ham sandwich I ever had. The bread was both crispy and soft. The ham, that perfect mix of salty and sweet, the lettuce and tomato and mustard just made it amazing. When I trained as a chef, the chef who trained me said "Do the simple things with care and attention, this will let people know the quality of your work." “Much has already been written about the pastries in previous reviews, but I want to praise this place for its coffee. After we moved to Canada, it was very difficult to find a good coffee shop (Tim Hortons and Starbucks don't really count as coffee in my opinion), so this place has become our favorite. Not everywhere you can see cinnamon to add to cappuccinos at the self-service table.“

“First time coming to the loop and it did not disappoint. Wow! It was delicious, my husband is an ice cream lover and he said this has been one of the best ones he’s had. We ended up getting Pecan Butter Tart, which is one of their best sellers. We al do hot Earl Grey and Lavender, just divine. It was creamy and rich and just a perfect hint of lavender. The kids ended up getting Cookie Monster and strawberry.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. And plenty of room inside and they also had a side patio.
If you have never tried frozen custard, highly recommended this place. You won’t be disappointed.“

“AMAZING!!!!!!OMG LITTERLY the best icecream EVERRRRRRR. It's so good to the cakes, ti the cookie sandwiches it's so goooood my fav to icecream combo it the chocolate with the world class chocolate I have that almost every time, my favorite thing to have is the chocolate milkshakes it's soooo delicious. TBH it's wayyy better then dairy cream for some reason the flavor is so much better. I LOVE IT??EVERYTHING HERE IS 5 STARSBUT IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 100 ?“

“My family and I splurged on a few pizzas this afternoon and loved it! I was worried that ordering one pizza for myself would be too filling but the crust is thin, light, and delicious. I especially loved that I was able to choose between three types of doughs (regular, gluten-free & carbon), as well as a variety of unique toppings ex. caramelized onions, feta, arugula. To my surprise, they only take 3min to bake.. how perfect for those looking for a speedy experience. They also have delicious ice cream/frozen yogurt and gelato. My fave was mango!“
