“I come to this Tim Hortons often on my way home from work around 8pm. Every single time I use drive thru. I just want to PRAISE the young staff that work the window. I have had a young man and women and both were beyond friendly, got my order correct and most importantly started a conversation with me at the window. Connection these days are lost and I really appreciated the small chit chat. It was this little gesture that made day. Great job guys! ❤️“

“I want to share feedback about Jane (window) and Christine (order taker): These two women are FABULOUS, because of them I go out of my way to go to this restaurant, and I go more often then I really need (but thats not so bad LOL).
They remember me, remember my order, they're so friendly and kind, they strike up conversation but not at the detriment of the drive-thru and the times. They brighten my day, and any day I've just needed a positive pick me up, they've always been it. They've also never gotten an order wrong.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“The beautiful young lady who always serves me made my day today with her refreshing personality, and excellent customer service. I hope this location continues to only hire more employees with her kind of good attitude and effort in the workplace. “I have been coming to this Starbucks for years now! On many occasions my Americano Misto is started before I get to the order line. All of the managers and baristas have been fantastic!!! And it's good to share a word or two with them and with a few of the regulars there!“
“Came in today for my coffee decided to go inside insted of drivethrough. i was welcomed with many warm smiles and nice greetings I bealive the man taking my orders name was john. He was taller. Everone seemed very nice and good service. Store was also clean and well taken care of“

“A very nice place with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a comfy couch that makes it easy to settle in, and the environment is surprisingly quiet—perfect for getting work done. I really enjoyed spending my day here. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations for a calm and productive experience.“

“As a former barista and bulk coffee distributor the most impressive aspect of this fine establishment were the varieties of whole bean available from roasters around the globe. In addition, the beans in their espresso machine are changed on a semi-weekly basis. Each visit you may be treated to a completely different origin or roaster.
The cafe has a small selection of pastries to compliment their beverage offerings. Prepared off site but baked in house allows for fresh and delicious taste experience. I had a ham and cheese croissant with everything bagel seasoning and it was flaky and yummy.
I will return to try the rest of their pastries as well as the treat of being surprised with a bean from a roaster from some part of the world I might have never visited.
There is street parking, accepted card payment, curated selection of whole beans for purchase, cute stickers, and friendly service.
The bar staff knows what they are doing, I trust their skill and knowledge. It would be easy to fall into a rabbit hole of coffee conversation with the staff.“
