“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday here, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with personalized live music and a cake. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more memorable. The food here is absolutely incredible—nothing less than what you’d get at the best places in New Delhi, India, in terms of taste and quality. Every dish was a delight and added to the wonderful experience. A special shoutout to our server, Meet—he’s an absolute rockstar in hospitality and customer service! His attentiveness and warm demeanor made the experience exceptional. The hospitality industry, especially in the west, needs more people like him. I have no doubt he’ll thrive and excel in this field. Desi Bar & Grill is hands down the most lively pub I’ve experienced in Canada in my more than half a decade here. “i had such an amazing experience at kelseys and i want to share how much i enjoyed it. from the moment i walked in i noticed how clean and welcoming the restaurant felt. the tables were spotless the floors were tidy and everything was organized which made it a really comfortable place to eat. the service was just as great. the staff were super friendly and attentive always checking in to make sure everything was going well without being too much. they brought our food quickly and with a smile which made the whole visit feel even better. now for the food which honestly was the highlight of the night. the mac and cheese was creamy cheesy and cooked to perfection with that comforting flavor you can't get enough of. the chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with just the right amount of seasoning. the burger was juicy flavorful and stacked just right while the fries were golden hot and fresh with the perfect crunch. everything tasted like it was made with care. overall i loved my visit and would definitely recommend kelseys to anyone looking for great food and service.“

“1 was there on vacation with daughter and grandkids, and visited the restaurant because the food looked delicious, and it was but my grand daughter got sick that evening continuous vomiting and stomach and had to rushed to Urgent care after spending $300 on the meal which wasn't a problem, the wrong order was brought out first I was very disappointed, Don't know if I would visit again( I really don't think the shrimp were cooked correctly.“

“Was at the hotel that is attached for a few days. Was in the restaurant every day and the service was great. Pauline is an absolute gem!!!! Any restaurant would be lucky to have her. She was warm and welcoming and was always checking on everyone, even when it was really busy. Definitely would recommend coming to the restaurant. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the food was because I only had a few items from the menu.“
