“Without realizing it, I had ordered takeout from this Grimsby location (Best dine-in location BTW) on the app, when I meant to have ordered it from a different location on the Hamilton Mountain. (Closer to home) I was roughly 30-40 minutes away. I called down to Grimsby and one of the employees suggested I speak to the manager to explain the situation. She was able to hold off my order until the later time and everything was a good temperature and delicious. (Chicken Wrap & Fries) Thank you for saving what could have been a wasted meal on my ignorance. Great customer service!“
