“I had an incredible experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to an outstanding server named Sid. Despite being the only one working at the time, Sid handled everything with professionalism, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He took care of every table, made sure our food came out just right, and still managed to check in to see if we needed anything.

It’s rare to see someone manage a whole dining area on their own and still give such amazing customer service. Sid went above and beyond, and he truly made our visit memorable. Huge kudos to him—and Swiss Chalet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member!“

“There was music outside of the restaurant that was quite loud. When I entered the restaurant, it wasn't much different. The place was packed with all sorts of people, but the majority were Guelph University students. It was difficult to secure a table. You needed to stay at the table you wanted or leave a jacket or something to claim it.
I had the Williams power bowl salad. The way it was described made it seem hearty and filling. I felt as if I had to eat every single leaf to be able to get nourishment. It wasn't enough. I was left wanting.
I would return on a different day and time to have a quieter meal and try a fancy drink. Their spring drinks sounded nice, like the matcha latte.“

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“The food quality seems too have went down we use too love date night here, the veggies were under cooked I got a $50 steak and it was over cooked it was busier than I've also ever seen it service was good but 6-12 months ago food was definatly cooked a lot better!“

“Stopped in at this location for a quick lunch and was expecting the usual, but not this time. We had an amazing experience being served by Milena. Very quick service, food was fresh and hot, her tableside maner was fantastic fun and energetic. She definitely made our lunch experience awesome. We will definitely be back“
