“I had an incredible experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to an outstanding server named Sid. Despite being the only one working at the time, Sid handled everything with professionalism, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He took care of every table, made sure our food came out just right, and still managed to check in to see if we needed anything.

It’s rare to see someone manage a whole dining area on their own and still give such amazing customer service. Sid went above and beyond, and he truly made our visit memorable. Huge kudos to him—and Swiss Chalet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member!“

“My favourite café in Guelph. However, the café seems to close earlier than advertised. On this Saturday evening I arrived around 9:15pm only the find the Cafe closed (45 minutes early) with some of the waiters inside. The hours of operation need to be consistent or changed officially.“

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!“

“Great dinner night out for date night with my wife. My wife had the pork masala with mashed potatoes. Very good dish. I had the duo ribs with half rake and short ribs. The short ribs are fantastic would highly recommend them to anyone that likes ribs. The half rack was also delicious and fell off the bone. This is a great spot in Guelph and the menu is excellent. Friendly staff. Overall it was a great choice for dinner.“

“Everything was grand! Service was spectacular! The server Milena was friendly and patient and made my visit memorable. I enjoyed my dinner very much. Very tasty and quality as per usual was outstanding! That's what I like about Swiss Chalet. You can count on consistency ... and knowing you can still get a good decent meal for a fair price. The atmosphere was relaxing too. I'm glad I made the decision to stop by today. Thank you!
