“I’ve had a great experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to one of the team members, Sandeep. She’s always friendly and polite, and you can tell she really cares about doing a good job. It’s nice to see someone who’s consistently positive and respectful, even when it’s busy.“

“We pop in to this Tim's because it is so close and convenient. It's right on highway 15 before the 401 in Kingston and it's always busy. The emplyees are always friendly and the service is great. I do worry about it being attached to a gas station/convenience store because people, especially in the morning, go roaring through the pumps to the drive through without looking to see if someone is going to their car. I wish there was a more definite entrance, rather than cutting through the pumps. So if you stop there for your favorite beverage, keep your eyes open for fools rushing for their caffeine fix.“

The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.“
