“Alta and Kim, the two sisters (if I got the name wrong, sorry) are beautiful souls! When we ate there the first time, that first bite of my sub tasted like it could had been made by my grandma! It tasted delicious and the sub was made with love. Went back there again today and it was the same feeling with that love. I know that may seem silly, but eating food can be bland, but when someone makes it for you and you can taste/feel that love, it just makes it so much better! I hope that makes sense. By the way, we live in Windsor! We came all the way from Windsor to Leamington just to see her and to have another sub made by her!On another note, thank you for Kathleen and the two Muslim sisters who made our visit so joyful! Great atmosphere, great service and just nice to have strangers feel like family!“

“I had an issue with the poor & unnecessary attitude of one employee & how she put very small amount of steak on 2 of the subs & how she constructed, more like "slapped" my subs together! When I contacted SUBWAY via email to lodge my complaint, I was contacted by the owner of this SUBWAY location, he was very apologetic & eager to replace every sub that was in my order. All my other visits at this SUBWAY location were great, without any portion issues or complaints about service. Store is on the smaller side but kept clean.“

“Have only visited Subway twice in past year. Menu is very different. Thought prices were quite high in comparison to prices a few years back. We ordered foot long Turkey /smoked bacon sub. Also a Spicy Chicken salad. Both were made exactly as we asked. The salad was a 10/10, would definitely order again. With one orange juice cost was 32.00. Staff were very patient and did a great job with preparing our order.“
