“I decided to stop at Tim Hortons to pick up a coffee on my way to work. When I got there, The lady at the register made my day. She was so sweet, She was helping in older Lady count out her change one by one. She was extremely helpful and patient, I know that if my grandmother had came in there, I would want her to be treated the exact same way. When I came up to order she had a contagious, smile, and everyone there were so nice and they made my coffee just perfect. I recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone who comes in the area“

“We found this café on our weekday bike walk ride. From the outside, it looked closed and we hesitated to go in. But I’m glad we did! The inside was very spacious and had a great vibe. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. We had coffees and a scone but they also served salads and sandwiches. The food was delicious. We will definitely stop again when riding in that area.“

“A very nice and cozy place. It had a huge menu of coffees. Just about anything you could think of, both hot and iced. Lots of sandwiches and sweets as well. I got an iced caramel macchiato for about $7. Decently big cup and excellent flavor. The place is very small but completely empty at 5pm on a Friday. There are a couple tables, comfy chairs, and some older tasteful music playing, as well as fast free wifi. It's connected to the other shops in the building, and they'll bring you your drink wherever you go. I only had to wait a minute or two for my drink. The staff was very polite and the place had an overall safe and welcoming environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pricey drink and a moment alone.“

“It was a hot humid day, the a/c isn't working on my car and I was roasting as I was headed out to Montreal. I told the server at the front counter I was looking for a blended iced coffee drink and they basically made a blended iced brown sugar oat drink with a few adjustments. Genuinely friendly customer service should be recognized because it really makes a difference! Drink was served quickly and tasted great. Should be a regular menu item year-round.“

“I didn't catch his name but there was a wonderful man (long dark hair, fantabulous earrings) who plugged my phone in for me when it died and was stranded waiting for a bus. Great sense of humor and a joy to talk to, I wish I knew his name.

“The only starbucks I have been to where I have never received a drink with burnt espresso. The staff are friendly and often remember the regulars. I once had to abandon an order I placed ahead of time due to unforeseen circumstances and come back for it hours later. They remade it at no extra charge which was unexpected and really appreciated on such a stressful day. I go out of my way to go to this location over others. Fast, efficient, friendly, reliable, consistent. This location is what all Starbucks locations should aspire to be.“

“I'm going through some health issues and have a small baby, so I'd ordered a weeks worth of flash frozen meals. They are so, so good! They're healthy, tasty, and best of all no cooking involved. The portions are generous and I can feed myself, my Mom and my 16 month old loves them too. I'll be a returning weekly customer for sure.“

“I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons recently, all thanks to Khushi and her wonderful team! Khushi, who I believe is the supervisor, truly stood out with her kind-hearted nature and soft-spoken demeanor. She was incredibly understanding and patient, even during a busy rush.

“A quiet little hole in the wall place that makes you want to just bring a book and hang out in one of their recliners with a chai latte (theirs are amazing!). Their cookies are what Crumbl wish they could be. They are well cooked but still soft. Exactly what you want in a meal sized cookie.“

“Update I spoke to a supervisor over the phone who could have uploaded an e gift card due to an employee stealing my lululemon tumbler .

I went there within 48hrs after it being left there. When I arrived I was informed by two employees that they saw my lululemon tumbler in the back. When the manager on duty went to the back it was stolen.
As someone with over 15 years of customer service under my belt and management . I would have given a gift card and compensation due to this matter.
I called again regarding the matter on September 11th 2025 and was informed I would be called by the district leader today . No call and no compensation due to theft internally.

I want an e gift card loaded as soon as possible due to the poor customer service. I want this matter handled and concluded with a resolution immediately.

I highly recommend the Iced Strawberry Oat Matcha Tea Latte. Lucy my dog recommends the FREE pup cups. Her fur friends say the same.😂
