“I decided to stop at Tim Hortons to pick up a coffee on my way to work. When I got there, The lady at the register made my day. She was so sweet, She was helping in older Lady count out her change one by one. She was extremely helpful and patient, I know that if my grandmother had came in there, I would want her to be treated the exact same way. When I came up to order she had a contagious, smile, and everyone there were so nice and they made my coffee just perfect. I recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone who comes in the area“

“We found this café on our weekday bike walk ride. From the outside, it looked closed and we hesitated to go in. But I’m glad we did! The inside was very spacious and had a great vibe. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. We had coffees and a scone but they also served salads and sandwiches. The food was delicious. “I really loved this Bridgehead! The staff were super friendly and gave probably the best service I’ve had at a coffee shop. It’s such a nice, calm place to sit and study too. “I'm going through some health issues and have a small baby, so I'd ordered a weeks worth of flash frozen meals. They are so, so good! They're healthy, tasty, and best of all no cooking involved. The portions are generous and I can feed myself, my Mom and my 16 month old loves them too. I'll be a returning weekly customer for sure.“

I told the server at the front counter I was looking for a blended iced coffee drink and they basically made a blended iced brown sugar oat drink with a few adjustments. “I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks because some of the staff are very friendly and give me great service every time I see them.
Emma, Iries, Nico, Amy, Maribeth and Matti are all standouts.

Some of the staff do seem to love putting Light ice in your drink, though, even to the point of putting it on the cup when you didn't ask for it. Please, stop doing this. Light ice your own drink, not mine.“
