“I have been purchasing here for years. Though I have a feeling that it is getting busier than before recently, they are working hard to keep efficiency while maintaining a caring and friendly attitude to customers. Another satisfied experience today, thank you for your effort.“

“I would like to appreciate excellent customer service by zain or zaid. I am not quite sure if I am taking the name ryt. But that guy is 10/10 in providing a customer with his best. He was taking my order at the front of the house and man that guy is humble and respectful. The way he communicated with me was so respectful and decent , it made my day. That guy deserves appreciation from your management for keeping such calm and respect is such a rush. Thankyou zaid you are doing a wonderful job!!!“

“Decent size McDonald's located inside Walmart. They have a self ordering kiosks to help speed things up. Seating can get full at busy times. You will find most McDonald's product selection here, except Walmart locations typically don't have orange juice in a cup. They also have a self fill coke machine.“

“It has been a while since I've come to this location and I love how it's been newly renovated! I finally got the chance to enjoy the Grinch Meal and Frozen Hot Chocolate McFlurry at this location! I placed my order on the self-order kiosk and Marlyne brought my order to me and my family. I love how she's friendly and welcoming. I definitely see improvement in comparison to when I didn't have a pleasant experience here last year.“

“5 stars because shaffin is amazing! We thought they over charged us for code because we ordered 1 but they brought out 2. She offered a refund but we said it’s okay. Unexpectedly she came out with the receipt to reassure us that we haven’t been over charged. She deserves a raise! Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“There was a deranged man who was walking inside this restaurant at 9291 Highway 48, L6E 1A3 around 9:30pm tonight (October 17, 2024) and was harassing customers who were there enjoying a quiet time with family and friends! When I saw what was going on, I asked for the Manager on duty and Richard came out to meet me! I informed him of the situation and wanted Richard to talk to this man and make sure he left the dine in area, to make sure that all customers were safe and sound. I honestly thought that Richard would do the norm and tell me that he would be unable to do anything about it! To my complete surprise and astonishment, Richard walked upto this man and in a very "calm and cool manner" informed this person to leave the restaurant so that the customers could enjoy their evening in peace! The customer was talking back to Richard in a way that I felt that he could suddenly attack Richard without any warning and was worried for his safety and the safety of the staff and customers! To all of our surprise this man left the restaurant quietly and without harming any customers or without damaging any property inside the dine in area! I would like to give a "shout out" to Richard for going above and beyond to calm down the situation so that we all could enjoy the rest of the night. Way to go, Ricbard. Thanks for taking the stand you took at your workplace!“
