We walked in just after close but they insisted we could still order
The last time I got a bubble tea (different store) it was not sweet enough so the gentleman that took our order made sure I liked my drink before I left!
I live 50 minutes away but it’s going to be worth the next trip!

“My first time trying boba. I was very hesitant but wanted to see what everyone was talking about. The place was very clean and inviting. The girl (Brook?) was very friendly and answered all my questions about what drink to try. I got a Peachy Lychee with boba. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back.“

“The drinks are very yummy. The sweetness level can be adjusted. I dont like my drinks too sweet so the staff adjusted it accordingly.
The only thing is... you might love ther drinks too much that you would order everyday.“

“I was there to study initially, it would be quite noisy compared to cafés without noise cancelling headphones. But that's expected.I ordered a grapfruit green tea with agar bubble 30% sugar and no ice. The taste was excellent, there were a slice of real grapfruit in it and 30% sugar was just fine for me.“
“i have been to many bubble tea places . CO Co, bubble tea world, kung fu tea, etc. I have to be honest this place have surprised me in very pleasant way. I recommend trying their real fruit smoothy namely strawberry and mango colada with mango and strawberry juice balls.“

“good location, always clean and staff are super friendly and always quick with the drinks. sometimes there are some inconsistencies with the drinks, but is to be expected having different staff working. always get the brown sugar jasmine milk tea with extra ice. i come here rather than the Hamilton location.“

“I've been to hundreds of chatimes all across Canada, from Ottawa to Niagara, everywhere and I've never once wrote a review until today. This employee named Rayven was the best chatime employee I've ever met in my whole life. I've been a regular to this franchise for years, but this guy Rayven was the best employee. Simply because everytime I asked a question to any employee, they wouldn't give me any information on the drink. For this reason I tried like 2 drinks that weren't to my liking and I've kept to the same drink for years. Rayven with his amazing knowledge on tea answered my questions and reccomended 2 new drinks which I bought and now will continue to buy for the rest of my life. Rayven deserves the world and I love him. Thank you.“

“My boss and I go here every Friday to get our co-workers bubble tea. The man working there, I’m assuming it’s the owner, is such a wonderful man. He is always friendly and he has a spectacular memory. The drinks are always delicious. We love this place and would absolutely recommend it for both the drinks and the service.“
