“Having eaten shawarma in the middle east for very long time, I crave for the same taste in Canada. I have tried every shawarma joint in gta/Toronto in the past five years, hardly anyone has matched the taste of authentic shawarma until I tried shawarma plus.
They really do justice to shawarma. I have eaten it full stomach, empty, half full and the tatse is simply authentic and consistent.
I try the jawad style chicken shawarma in pita with parsley and tomatoes added. They hit the spot. This is truly an underrated shawarma joint in Ridgeway plaza and beyond!

Service was top-notch, and Mehak, in particular, was fantastic—super attentive and friendly despite the late hour. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and they didn’t rush us at all. “Big fan of the Erin Mills location of Tahini's. My favorite item is the Blueberry Flame because the mix of sweet and heat is delicious, but I haven't had anything on the menu that I didn't like. I typically do takeout but the dining area is comfortable and clean. The also share space with "Dough Bits" but I haven't ordered anything from that side.

Dietary restrictions: Menu items are clearly marked for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free.

Kid-friendliness: No explicit kid menu but the Minis would probably suit a child. They also have fries and the Dough Bits.

“The food is delicious. I got a Chicken Shawarma dinner, and honestly, it is the most tender and flavourful chicken i have had in a long, long time. The salad was fresh and tasty, especially the parsley bit. I would have put a picture, but I demolished it. Couldn't finish the rice and chicken, though. Quantity is great. Bang for the buck, delicious food, and great service except dude missed the hot sauce. Which is no biggie. I think I enjoyed it more without the hot sauce. I'll go back for sure. Solid place for a great tasting Shawarma. It's much better than the chains we have operating as authentic shawarma joints.“

“Prabh helped serve us and she was super sweet and kind. I got the lazzez on sticks with my friend and we both loved it. It was super filling and the sauces were delicious. I personally wasn’t a big fan of the chicken as it seemed darker than usual shawarma chicken and tasted cold and old but the fries and being drenched in the sauces made up for it. Recommend to try it for urself!!“
