“Amazing food! The kabab was very juicy, not over cooked or undercooked. The portion was just the perfect amount. The server was polite. The indoor temperature for dine-in was cool on a hot summer day which is rare for a restaurant in this strip. Overall great experience. Will definitely come back for dine-in and takeout.“

“Overall it was a positive experience. As a vegan my selections are limited but what I did have, the Fatoush salad with falafel was tasty. I also appreciated that the server took note of my message when booking the reservation that it was my brother's birthday — without prompting they brought out a dessert with a lit candle. “I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

. The gyro plates were good but the wraps were even better . The okra soup was fantastic. Good service and owner is kind and respectful. I’ll be going back . I’ll be getting a soup every time I’m in .“

Both the food and the service are incredible, and we come here at least once a week because we enjoy the shawarma so much! We’re always greeted with a smile, prompt, kind service and some of the best tasting shawarma and falafel meals! Cannot recommend this Pita Land enough, it’s 10/10 always!“

It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. I wasn't sure of it was the onions, turnips etc. something was left out too long perhaps... and today I am sick as a dog. I've eaten here before. I think they need better quality control on the food... especially being safely stored.. perhaps temperatures..etc“

It took more time than we would’ve liked to fix it, but staff and management were receptive to address it and make it better.
