“My return to Napoli after 11 years was a walk down memory lane. The food has consistently been absolutely delicious and authentic Italian, using fresh ingredients and a lot of love! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It has truly captured my heart and I will always return once im back in the area again. Love always!“

“Hidden gem restaurant in Niagara Falls - the menu is simple but done well. We walked in about 30 mins before closing with 2 small kids and the owner welcomed us like family, gave our kids cookies while we got settled and ordered. They were so accommodating of our family. The food was delicious and service was unobstructive and helpful.

“We went here for breakfast two days in a row ,first day no problem, second day I was served coffee in a dirty cup and there was scrambled eggs on the pepper shaker. I very discreetly took the manager aside and told him . He IMMEDIATELY said “you aren’t paying for your breakfasts today I’ll remove them from your bill” He never looked to see if I was telling the truth ,he never even hesitated, just an immediate apology and no bill . The food itself was excellent and the guy who cooks your omelets was a really nice man who was working very hard making custom plates. The waffles were huge ,the fruit was fresh , the atmosphere was pleasant and the view was beautiful. But the customer service was IMPECCABLE thus little things aside it’s a 5/5 for us .“
