“In my 60+ years of dining at Japanese restaurants in many cities in many states and provinces, I have never found better sashimi or better service than at Masaki. What we have not yet done is the sake sampling which we have observed with no small degree of wonder. That will wait until another visit when I am not driving.”
“What a fabulous pub, the food and drinks were great but the staff are outstanding. We went for dinner/drinks 2 nights in a row when we were in Niagara on the lake celebrating our anniversary. The second night” our 41st wedding anniversary at the end of our meal Kaitlin brought us a dessert and an anniversary card signed by all the staff that Mieriam our waitress the night before had left for us, it really ment the world to us. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all the next time we are in Niagara on the Lake.”

“My favorite winery in Niagara on the lake. It’s not only a beautiful organic farm but the owner is present and so passionate about each wine you’re tasting. He sat down with us the last two times when we were visiting. Love the Chardonnay, rose and sparkling wines offered. Always one of my stops when I’m in the NOTL region. Keep up the great work Southbrook!!”
“Had a great time wine tasting here. This was a random pick because they had a great public tour offer ($25- two for one), and was open till 6 pm unlike most places which close at 5, and they have their restaurant right there.
Andreas was the touring guy, he was very excited to share history about this place, and show us the winery. Glad I picked this place.
This was a different experience than usual wine tasting experience, perfect for history geeks who like to know stories behind everything.
100/10 recommended 😌”

“We visited today for The Ice Wine Festival, Dimitri (from Pig Out) was a great and friendly young man and passionate about what he was presenting to us- roasted pig, which was amazing! Jeff from Reif was also very accommodating with the lovely Ice wine for The Ice wine Festival. With visits like this it makes for a wonderful afternoon! Thank you Guys!”
“We stopped here for lunch. I had the grilled cheese sandwich. Delicious. My wife had the French onion soup. Good but could have been hotter. Service was great and all for a very reasonable price. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as it was also quite loud. If you are hearing challenged might want to avoid it at busy times. Reservation recommended.”

“We enjoyed the three-course tasting menu at Benchmark! Our server Pauline was incredibly helpful in explaining the different dishes and helping us decide what to select. The food was absolutely delicious. So many delicious and unique flavours! I enjoyed the Cornish Hen, the Winter Chicory Salad and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The sourdough bread was also so incredibly fresh and delicious. This was a fantastic opportunity to try unique dishes at an affordable price while supporting our local students. The future of the Niagara culinary world is bright!”
“Great staff and customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable! Stocked up on our favourite wines for Xmas gifts and now their New Sangria’s where do I begin with those, The Sempre sparkling wine is Amazing. Love when you open the door to their establishment you are welcomed with the smell of wine. It’s so familiar feels like you are at home celebrating with your big Italian family and catching up with your relatives. That is my experience .”
“I was there yesterday for my birthday with my family. We had an absolute wonderful time. The wine tasting was amazing. The wines are delicious. The staff were all amazing. Special mention to person who did our wine tasting. I believe her name was Cadence and also Tina in the store. But everyone else was wonderful as well. I also love how great the Wheelchair accessible washrooms were. Too often wheelchair access is an afterthought if a thought at all. But the washrooms here were excellent.”

“This would be my second breakfast at Silks Country Kitchen. The service with a smile is plentiful. The food is absolutely amazing with good size portions to fit almost any appetite. They have plenty of options, to fit all personal dietary needs. I recommend this restaurant based on great service with a smile along with amazing food. The cooks here make the difference to this establishment.”
“Visited adec. 22, 2025. Very friendly staff. Casual atmosphere whre the food exceeded expectations.
4 of us ordered various apps and entrees. Mine were oysters plus steak and ale pie. I can attest to mine but the others all had high praise for their orders. Included were Brussel sprouts, shepherds pie, calamari, and burger and a dessert (can't recall what it was).”
“Food was great, service friendly, only issue is the lack of washrooms for people sitting and eating, no way to wash your hands either. In the middle of winter in a quiet weekday afternoon, it's not so convenient to run out behind the liquor store, as suggested.”
“I’m having breakfast at the Niagara location. It’s raining outside, and I’m here, enjoying my eggs and coffee. The service was amazing, and the food is great. Shalom was my server, and Mar there was also a lovely young man at the front counter all were very delightful. Great way to start my day. thank you”
“Tasty sweet and savoury options. Of course the sweets are what this place is known for a rightfully so. Many flavours to choose from and they are all so good. Made fresh to order most times. Friendly staff who are quick with your order. No credit card surcharge. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.”
“This is a shout out to MOLLY K, our fabulous server at Play. She took excellent care of us the other night for drinks and some apps, and her vibe was 10/10. Outgoing and funny with a little bit of sass, I had to leave her a review. She was super knowledgeable about everything White Oaks (and credit card points), get this girl in sales! Thanks for the incredible service!”
“I have been to the Churchill Lounge 4 times and it never disappoints. My favorite dish is the vegetable poutine which they discontinued as of today. But that’s OK because our amazing waiter had them make it for me for the last time ever! It was amazing. Thank you so much for the great service. I will savor these left overs!”
“My mom felt so special on her 65th birthday. The waitresses (Heni was our main attendee) were so kind, the food was incredible, and sooo filling! Would love to come back.”

“We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.”

“We visited to celebrate my daughter's birthday! They went above and beyond to make her evening extra special! Our food was incredible and all the extra touches from birthday Champagne for a toast, palate cleansing treats between courses and of course great attention paid to our food allergies. We will definitely be back for the next celebration!!”
“Great air conditioning food court. Contains various restaurants, food trucks and food stores. The taste was also well maintained. I visited a NYF newly opened store. Well known specially for fries. One of my friends works there named Vedanshi. Helpful staff for guidance and food selection.
Parking: There is a huge parking lot available for lots of cars.”
“Dropped in for an unexpected tasting with no high expectations! Charlotte was great and the wines were very good. Better yet they had their Grand Reserve Red on sale for $20 (reg $45). Keeping a lookout for more sales!”

“My husband and I visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time yesterday. We stopped into Fritters on the Lake and were absolutely so impressed. Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. Thank you for being such a wonderful soul and those fritters certainly are YUM! -A forever customer from Columbus, Ohio (USA).”
“Hands down, one of the finest craft breweries in North America. I have been a fan since they started their degree program in 2010. It has been a pleasure to follow their graduates as they move to prominent breweries in Canada and beyond. They have a permanent lineup of core beers that represent major lagers and ales from around the world. My favourite is their Strong Ale 101, a classic Scotch Ale. Most interesting to me are the small batch beers brewed by the students. The creativity and quality are extraordinary. A recent roster included 2 German Kolsch variants, a peach ale, a stylized Belgian Brown ale and a German Dunkelweizen. In the past, students released English spiced winter ales and the best Hefeweizen brewed outside Germany that I have ever tasted. Their Growler Club is a bargain. For the past 5 years or so, I convinced my family to spring for a membership to celebrate my birthday and Fathers Day. Free seminars, discounted merch, free tastings and 1 complimentary growler fill per month! Plus a free excuse to visit once a month to sample the exclusive Growler Club brew. They are currently shut down because of the Pandemic, but I encourage beer afficionados in Ontario to sample their wares by placing a phone order. Shipping is free or nominal in Ontario. Just to show my continued support, I actually made the 2+ hour round trip yesterday to pick up a case of assorted beers. Their seminars have transitioned to a Zoom based format. You can even sample along with the speaker by ordering the target beers for each session. Moderated by master brewers on staff, they are well worth attending.”
“Such a charming little spot! The gelato flavors were really nice, and the pastries were delicious—not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Prices are a bit on the higher side, and we were hoping to see more creative pistachio-themed options on the menu. That said, if you're a big fan of pistachio gelato, this place is definitely worth a try.”
“I had a fantastic experience today, all thanks to Suman! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My sandwich was made perfectly—she paid great attention to detail and ensured all the ingredients were evenly spread, truly making it look like a piece of art. Even when the line started to get busy, she remained calm, efficient, and professional, managing the flow without rushing the quality of my order. Give Suman a raise, because she delivers exceptional customer service and makes the best Subway sandwich I've had in a long time!”
“I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.
I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.
Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.
I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.
Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.
Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!”
“It was a cool experience having some Starbucks North of the Border as we were in at the Outlet Collection Niagara in Ontario as we decided to enjoy this part of the Niagara Falls area which is not to far into Canada! A Cool atmosphere and the workers were extremely friendly which added to the experience! So if I decide to come back again to this Outlet Mall, I will come back to this Starbucks!”
“I forgot to ask his name, but the one who served me around 9:10 PM (bacon everything flatbread and brown sugar iced latte) was super pleasant and accommodating! It’s so rare to meet someone that genuinely nice these days. Really appreciated the great service!”
“To the staff at Riverview Winery what a lovely afternoon spent at your winery today. To our knowledgeable server who happily explained our wine choices to us. Saturday afternoon was very Merry..lol
Happy holidays..”

“Great for hosting a party! We had Greg’s 60th there. The party room holds 30 people. We had 22. We had pizza and wings. Veggie Pizza there is so delicious! Mel, our server, was the best! So personable and helpful all night!!!❤️”
“The Winery Restaurant dinners are always a wonderful experience on our date nights. And on a cold and snowy Saturday night, the warmth and generosity are palpable.”
