“We absolutely love Pilliteri. We attended again for the region’s Chocolate and Wine Discovery Pass, and we were serviced by Supreen. She made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a smile. She was very knowledgeable on the pairing and the different wines we were interested in. We ended up buying 6 bottles, but their wines are fabulous. Well worth the money. Later on in the evening, we went back for pizza and more wine. It was the perfect ending for our long day.”

Servers were friendly and took time to explain the process and the food. Chairs were comfortable, tables set properly with proper cloth napkins. The noise level was very low and we could actually have a conversation almost at a whisper. The food was prepared expertly with good flavours. Overall excellent value.
Even the bathrooms were immaculate.
Definitely will be a repeat visit in the future.”

“Visited Peller Estates winery on a weekday in November and was not very busy . Booked Greatest winery tour for 4 and tour started on time with guide giving in depth explanations about the wines to be tried. Tour lasted about 45 minutes and ended with visit to ice cave. Nice “igloo” style room with plenty of ice wine and nice decor. We continued to wine store/bar and tried additional wines as part of the Wine Club. Very much enjoyed everything.”

“Aroma is one of those unique cafes which tries to embody the full European cafe experience. And, while this can be difficult in a non-European location, they do a pretty good job!!
On the day that my guests and I visited this location, a bus of tourists from Spain made sure they stopped and enjoyed a cup of their favourite beverage.
The food offerings are fresh and tasty. And, the staff are friendly, despite the language barriers they were working through with the visiting Spaniards.
It is for this reason that we usually make the effort to stop from our shopping experience and enjoy the atmosphere of this location. Keep up the great work!!”

“Great for hosting a party! We had Greg’s 60th there. The party room holds 30 people. We had 22. We had pizza and wings. Veggie Pizza there is so delicious! Mel, our server, was the best! So personable and helpful all night!!!❤️”

“Recently found out I couldn’t eat gluten anymore. It was hard to find a birthday cake especially on a holiday. Nina’s was open and I got the carrot cheese cake which was good however it could have been a little more moist. I’m still getting use to all this gluten free stuff. A bit expensive but I’ll be back to try other things.

“We usually have a wonderful experience dining here and therefore we even went out of our way to eat here for dinner. However our experience this evening did not meet our expectations. We always look forward to the complimentary chips and dip, but they were way over seasoned this time. I ordered the white oaks flatbread and it was gross. The crust was bland and the combination of garlic, mushrooms, arugula and feta sounded good at first, but the execution definitely did not work out. I should have sent it back but I'm not one to complain. Our waitress was just okay, a smile would have gone a long way. My daughter had chicken fingers, which were 100% better than my meal.”

“Visited Nov. 30 - Avoiding a couple other very packed restaurants for here. Has a cozy vibe, especially when you get a spot in front of the fire.

We ordered some drinks, had a burger & the fish sandwich. Also a shared dessert. The burger was fresh, homemade, & tasted great. The fish was delicious & had a great sauce (gribiche I think?). & the best part of all, real fries.
Overall came to just over $100 due to our drinks. (drinks were little pricey but on par with most places)

Great service, sports on the tv, relaxing atmosphere. Would go again.

“I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.

I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.

Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.

I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.

Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.

Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!”

“They consistently make great drinks and get the orders right. I had made a mistake on my mobile order on Friday evening and meant to get an iced drink but had accidentally ordered it hot. I asked if it could be iced and they were more than accommodating and I overheard one employee answer another who questioned if it was ordered iced and they had said that “it doesn’t matter how it was ordered, if they want it iced we will give them iced.” I apologized at least 3 times as I felt bad and like a pain, but the same employee who I overheard gave me the drink and was very friendly and was so nice when I apologized again. Would definitely recommend this location. Great drinks and awesome service! Always clean and they have a quick moving drive thru.”

“We stopped in for breakfast today on our way home from an overnight stay in Niagara on the lake. The older gentleman working the register was great. We watched how kind and patient he was with a family in front of us who seemed like tourists from out of country and whose first language was not English. It took a while for them to place their order yet he was polite and helpful. When it was our turn, he was friendly and social, and we even had a laugh about my drink order, which was an iced latte with no ice!! I appreciate his service as it’s Thanksgiving today and he’s working and he did it with a smile on his face. If only there were more people like him, working in customer service.”

“My husband and I visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time yesterday. We stopped into Fritters on the Lake and were absolutely so impressed. Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. “Stumbled into this quaint cafe by chance in a weekend at Niagara on the lake. Was most impressed by the Manager, Avin…most exceptional customer service provided to each and every customer. He was extremely friendly and patient and took extreme care to serve something to a family that walked in with a kid with peanut allergy. Even though it was not my kid or family I was struck by his kindness professionalism and courtesy during the interaction.
They had few vegan options that were quite delicious .

“Hands down, one of the finest craft breweries in North America. I have been a fan since they started their degree program in 2010. It has been a pleasure to follow their graduates as they move to prominent breweries in Canada and beyond. They have a permanent lineup of core beers that represent major lagers and ales from around the world. My favourite is their Strong Ale 101, a classic Scotch Ale. Most interesting to me are the small batch beers brewed by the students. The creativity and quality are extraordinary. A recent roster included 2 German Kolsch variants, a peach ale, a stylized Belgian Brown ale and a German Dunkelweizen. In the past, students released English spiced winter ales and the best Hefeweizen brewed outside Germany that I have ever tasted. Their Growler Club is a bargain. For the past 5 years or so, I convinced my family to spring for a membership to celebrate my birthday and Fathers Day. Free seminars, discounted merch, free tastings and 1 complimentary growler fill per month! Plus a free excuse to visit once a month to sample the exclusive Growler Club brew. They are currently shut down because of the Pandemic, but I encourage beer afficionados in Ontario to sample their wares by placing a phone order. Shipping is free or nominal in Ontario. Just to show my continued support, I actually made the 2+ hour round trip yesterday to pick up a case of assorted beers. Their seminars have transitioned to a Zoom based format. You can even sample along with the speaker by ordering the target beers for each session. Moderated by master brewers on staff, they are well worth attending.”

“This is a short walk down Queen Street in NOTL and a lovely, more rustic bakery. As soon as you walk near the door ... you're lured-in by those warm, bread-smells ... that will not be denied! I ordered the fresh croissant and also sausage rolls, and showed an immense amount of self-control after that (insert regret here re: the butter tarts). I also did some Christmas shopping - behind the register is a series of books written by local author Tom Taylor (all signed) about the many historical stories of Brock. The woman that served me was friendly and helpful. The baking: devine. And lots of other nicnak things you'd find in an old-school bakery. No seating here though.”

“What a fabulous pub, the food and drinks were great but the staff are outstanding. We went for dinner/drinks 2 nights in a row when we were in Niagara on the lake celebrating our anniversary. The second night” our 41st wedding anniversary at the end of our meal Kaitlin brought us a dessert and an anniversary card signed by all the staff that Mieriam our waitress the night before had left for us, it really ment the world to us.
