“Dec 2025: went back over 3 years after the initial visit. Had karaage, tempura udon, California roll & aburi sushi. We were not as impressed as the 1st time especially when considering the price ($150 before tip). Black sesame ice cream was nice & inexpensive ($10)

“What a fabulous pub, the food and drinks were great but the staff are outstanding. We went for dinner/drinks 2 nights in a row when we were in Niagara on the lake celebrating our anniversary. The second night” our 41st wedding anniversary at the end of our meal Kaitlin brought us a dessert and an anniversary card signed by all the staff that Mieriam our waitress the night before had left for us, it really ment the world to us. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all the next time we are in Niagara on the Lake.”
“My favorite winery in Niagara on the lake. It’s not only a beautiful organic farm but the owner is present and so passionate about each wine you’re tasting. He sat down with us the last two times when we were visiting. Love the Chardonnay, rose and sparkling wines offered. Always one of my stops when I’m in the NOTL region. Keep up the great work Southbrook!!”

“We stopped here for lunch. I had the grilled cheese sandwich. Delicious. My wife had the French onion soup. Good but could have been hotter. Service was great and all for a very reasonable price. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as it was also quite loud. If you are hearing challenged might want to avoid it at busy times. Reservation recommended.”
“Great tour from Dan, he took amazing photos for us throughout and was very entertaining and informative. The ice wine mixed in with the rosé at the end of the tour was delicious.”

“Great staff and customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable! Stocked up on our favourite wines for Xmas gifts and now their New Sangria’s where do I begin with those, The Sempre sparkling wine is Amazing. Love when you open the door to their establishment you are welcomed with the smell of wine. It’s so familiar feels like you are at home celebrating with your big Italian family and catching up with your relatives. That is my experience .”
“Beautiful winery with outstanding award winning wines 🍷 We really enjoyed our wine tasting with a local cheese board! Fantastic knowledgeable staff made the wine tasting fun and memorable. I recommend it 💯”

“This would be my second breakfast at Silks Country Kitchen. The service with a smile is plentiful. The food is absolutely amazing with good size portions to fit almost any appetite. They have plenty of options, to fit all personal dietary needs. I recommend this restaurant based on great service with a smile along with amazing food. The cooks here make the difference to this establishment.”
“Nina Gelateria & Pastry Shop is an absolute gem in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake! Tucked away on charming Queen Street, this family-run spot feels like a slice of Europe with its authentic Swiss-Italian influences and old-world charm.
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the most stunning display of freshly made pastries, vibrant gelato flavors, and mouthwatering treats—all crafted in-house daily with top-quality ingredients and no preservatives.
I couldn't resist trying the pistachio gelato (hands down the creamiest and most flavorful I've ever had), paired with a flaky almond croissant and a perfectly pulled espresso. Everything was bursting with authentic taste, and the textures were spot-on. They even have fantastic keto and gluten-free options, making it inclusive for everyone.
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the warm, welcoming vibe. Prices are reasonable for the quality, especially in such a touristy area.
Whether you're grabbing a quick crepe, a savory panini, or indulging in their beautiful tarts and macarons, Nina's never disappoints. It's my must-visit every time I'm in the area—highly recommend!”
“Aroma Espresso Bar at Outlet Collection Niagara is hands down the best café in town. Consistently great coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service make it my go-to spot every time I visit the outlets.
A special mention to my absolute favorite — the Hazelnut Latte. It’s perfectly balanced, smooth, and rich, and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick caffeine fix or taking a break from shopping, this place never disappoints.
Highly recommended for coffee lovers — Aroma truly sets the standard! ☕”
“Tasty sweet and savoury options. Of course the sweets are what this place is known for a rightfully so. Many flavours to choose from and they are all so good. Made fresh to order most times. Friendly staff who are quick with your order. No credit card surcharge. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.”
“We had an excellent late lunch here yesterday. The housemade sangria was great, as were the homemade chips and dip. And the food each of the 3 of us ordered was delicious. Last but not least, our server Rebecca was excellent - very friendly, helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Highly recommended.”
“Just want to give a shout to Lauren Hundert. She has been so amazing to work with and everything she does is so meticulous. She is a true asset to Arterra and their properties!!
Thank you again for your help Lauren and this gift will be perfect!”
“Dropped in for an unexpected tasting with no high expectations! Charlotte was great and the wines were very good. Better yet they had their Grand Reserve Red on sale for $20 (reg $45). Keeping a lookout for more sales!”
“We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Just a short walk away from where we were. We'd made a reservation beforehand as we'd been advised to. Lovely space. Beautiful decor. Can accommodate groups of all sizes. There were two large groups sat in the main area but there were still lots of tables and spaces for smaller groups and couples. We were looked after by Shannon who was very welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive from the moment we sat down till when we left. She recommended the Oriecchiete main served with shaved Beef tips which I'd never had befoe but definitely will be in future! Great restaurant which I would recommend to anyone!”
“5/5 stars! This is officially my new go-to spot for burritos. They are consistently excellent—huge, perfectly rolled, and packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Service is always quick and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a seriously good burrito that delivers on taste and value, look no further! Highly recommend.”
“Great air conditioning food court. Contains various restaurants, food trucks and food stores. The taste was also well maintained. I visited a NYF newly opened store. Well known specially for fries. One of my friends works there named Vedanshi. Helpful staff for guidance and food selection.
Parking: There is a huge parking lot available for lots of cars.”
“Enjoyed a fabulous event-Caps, Corks and Forks! A wonderful celebration of student achievement at a first class institution. We were most impressed. Exceeded expectations!”
“Margaret was exceptionally attentive. The fish special was exquisite definitely gourmet in every way and for sure don’t leave without trying the brussels sprouts.”

“My husband and I visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time yesterday. We stopped into Fritters on the Lake and were absolutely so impressed. Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. Thank you for being such a wonderful soul and those fritters certainly are YUM! -A forever customer from Columbus, Ohio (USA).”
“Hands down, one of the finest craft breweries in North America. I have been a fan since they started their degree program in 2010. It has been a pleasure to follow their graduates as they move to prominent breweries in Canada and beyond. They have a permanent lineup of core beers that represent major lagers and ales from around the world. My favourite is their Strong Ale 101, a classic Scotch Ale. Most interesting to me are the small batch beers brewed by the students. The creativity and quality are extraordinary. A recent roster included 2 German Kolsch variants, a peach ale, a stylized Belgian Brown ale and a German Dunkelweizen. In the past, students released English spiced winter ales and the best Hefeweizen brewed outside Germany that I have ever tasted. Their Growler Club is a bargain. For the past 5 years or so, I convinced my family to spring for a membership to celebrate my birthday and Fathers Day. Free seminars, discounted merch, free tastings and 1 complimentary growler fill per month! Plus a free excuse to visit once a month to sample the exclusive Growler Club brew. They are currently shut down because of the Pandemic, but I encourage beer afficionados in Ontario to sample their wares by placing a phone order. Shipping is free or nominal in Ontario. Just to show my continued support, I actually made the 2+ hour round trip yesterday to pick up a case of assorted beers. Their seminars have transitioned to a Zoom based format. You can even sample along with the speaker by ordering the target beers for each session. Moderated by master brewers on staff, they are well worth attending.”
“Such a charming little spot! The gelato flavors were really nice, and the pastries were delicious—not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Prices are a bit on the higher side, and we were hoping to see more creative pistachio-themed options on the menu. That said, if you're a big fan of pistachio gelato, this place is definitely worth a try.”
“I had a fantastic experience today, all thanks to Suman! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My sandwich was made perfectly—she paid great attention to detail and ensured all the ingredients were evenly spread, truly making it look like a piece of art. Even when the line started to get busy, she remained calm, efficient, and professional, managing the flow without rushing the quality of my order. Give Suman a raise, because she delivers exceptional customer service and makes the best Subway sandwich I've had in a long time!”
“I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.
I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.
Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.
I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.
Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.
Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!”
“It was a cool experience having some Starbucks North of the Border as we were in at the Outlet Collection Niagara in Ontario as we decided to enjoy this part of the Niagara Falls area which is not to far into Canada! A Cool atmosphere and the workers were extremely friendly which added to the experience! So if I decide to come back again to this Outlet Mall, I will come back to this Starbucks!”
“I forgot to ask his name, but the one who served me around 9:10 PM (bacon everything flatbread and brown sugar iced latte) was super pleasant and accommodating! It’s so rare to meet someone that genuinely nice these days. Really appreciated the great service!”
“To the staff at Riverview Winery what a lovely afternoon spent at your winery today. To our knowledgeable server who happily explained our wine choices to us. Saturday afternoon was very Merry..lol
Happy holidays..”
“Great place. Probably the best Hawaiian pizza I’ve ever had. The stave was quite amazing. I definitely recommend checking out this place.”
“Everything my date and myself had here was absolutely fantastic! The meatballs, the pastas, and frutti di Mare. the Tiramisu, the coffee.”
