“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

“Beautiful cozy cafe. The pastries were unique and delicious, highlights were the almond croissant with delicious filling as well as the toffee scone. The drinks were alright and the atmosphere was lovely. One distinct feature of this cafe was their comfortable sofa chairs and lighting. Overall, great cafe!“

“I’ve tried several bubble tea spots, but Mr. Sun Bubble Tea is hands down the best!!! I had the Snow Red (Rose Oolong Latte), and it was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavours. Plus, the tapioca is homemade, which makes it even better!! If you’re looking for a new bubble tea place, definitely give Mr. Sun a try. Highly recommend!!!!! ✨“

“This place offers great specialty coffee. The mocha was really good, but my cappuccino was scorching hot, so I couldn't really enjoy it. I ended up drinking most of the mocha. The cookie I had was really good, and the savory Danish was alright. The staff was friendly, the vibes were chill, and the place was clean. All in all, we had a great experience. It's a great spot to hang out.

Parking: There are free street parking spaces in the area, but it may be difficult to find one during peak hours. Paid street parking is also available.

“What a great find! I was in Oakville for a physio appointment on June 10th, and I searched Coffee Shops on my GPS. The usual suspects (Tim's, Starbucks, etc) showed up on the list but so did Carvalho Coffee Roasters. As I love to check out new coffee beans I headed over to see them, and it was worth the trip!

I believe I met the owner, but whomever he was was incredibly nice and friendly. I told him how I found him and said I was looking for a coffee. He said he couldn't sell a cup at this time but offered me a free Americano, the Peaberry Espresso blend, and it was delicious.

I picked up a bag of the same beans to take home with me. I made my first one this morning with an Aeropress and it was outstanding.

“I was there to study initially, it would be quite noisy compared to cafés without noise cancelling headphones. But that's expected.I ordered a grapfruit green tea with agar bubble 30% sugar and no ice. The taste was excellent, there were a slice of real grapfruit in it and 30% sugar was just fine for me.“

“Had a chance to grab a smoothie for me and my wife as our kids were doing a swimming class. Super friendly staff, with lots of options for smoothies (including milk alterations), coffee and snacks (love popcorn) with very reasonable prices.

Quick and fast service with great quality food and would highly recommend trying them out (takeout is easy). It also makes for a great and healthy power lunch.

“I often stop by the Tim Hortons at 1289 Marlborough and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and they handle the busy times really well. My orders are made quickly and always come out fresh — especially the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area!“

Than once I got to the Chicken. I was like yah that's it need more lol. I have 2 double meat Chicken sandwiches in 1 day. Maybe next time I'll do 3. “The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“

“For context, I come here pretty much every day with no issue, but I was heading into work and had a bit of a hic up in my order. The Barista who took my order was new and haden't told me they were out of the tea I had ordered. But let me know they were brewing a new batch. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I had to leave without my drink.

I am usually happy to wait, but I had other things to do that day.

Fast forward to the day after. I walk in and Tony, the Barista I usually interact with when I walk into this starbucks, greets me and the very first thing out of his mouth is an apology for the day before. I hadent interacted with him the previous day, and yet he still made It his priority to make it up to me. He took my order, upsized my drink and made it on the house.

I would whole heartedly recommend this starbucks, they really do care about their customers, they often have people in training, but everyone has to start somewhere and if you have a little bit of patience they will make sure you leave happy.

“Location at Cornwall accidentally made my drink incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was all the way at Dundas. Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. Luis was very welcoming and understanding and took the time to explain that any location would be happy to help. They remade my drink with no questions asked and a kind smile. Thank you!
