I picked up a small coffee and a single bagel for $9.4 CAD, which felt like good value for the quality. My only complaint is the lack of parking spaces out front—it can get a bit tricky during rush times. Overall, a fantastic spot for a casual breakfast or snack!“

“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

“What a great find! I was in Oakville for a physio appointment on June 10th, and I searched Coffee Shops on my GPS. The usual suspects (Tim's, Starbucks, etc) showed up on the list but so did Carvalho Coffee Roasters. As I love to check out new coffee beans I headed over to see them, and it was worth the trip!

I believe I met the owner, but whomever he was was incredibly nice and friendly. I told him how I found him and said I was looking for a coffee. He said he couldn't sell a cup at this time but offered me a free Americano, the Peaberry Espresso blend, and it was delicious.

I picked up a bag of the same beans to take home with me. I made my first one this morning with an Aeropress and it was outstanding.

I am writing to inform you we always got denied by your staff for coffee after 6 pm.
We went there four times and they always made excuse we already did cleaning we cannot serve you.
It seems quite rude in terms of giving attention towards customer.
Everytime they cleaned the machines before closing timing.

We got quite disappointed by the girl who is usually in closing time she was so rude to us.

“This is the busiest and loudest Starbucks I know. I use the back room for studies, and it's more or less tolerable when one needs a laptop space. It's a hit and miss in terms of what kind of noise you may get around you. One a couple of occasions, I had to leave because I couldn't focus. Otherwise, the service and food is regular, as in any other location.“

“I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and a big reason for that is the outstanding management and service. Rav and Rameses both do an excellent job creating a welcoming and well-run environment.

Rav, the manager, is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She clearly cares about customers and staff, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
Rameses, also a manager, is just as responsible and supportive. He is always calm, efficient, and ensures customers are taken care of properly.

Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. “The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“
