“We held our daughter's wedding dinner at Paradiso's Oakville location. From the planning stages to the end of the event, the entire experience was exceptional. l was the first to arrive to set-up the event. l was greeted and introduced to staff who would be hosting and offered help as soon as l entered. The help was very much appreciated because l had much to do with less than an hour to do it in. Besides helping, the staff cheered me on because it was obvious how harried l was. We had some requests that we didn't speak about during the planning stages and each and every request was accommodated. The flexibility and efforts of the staff to ensure our wishes were granted are very much appreciated. Glasses were re-filled and plates were cleared promptly. The dinner choices were many and the food was delicious! l 100% recommend hosting at Paradiso Oakville and hope to have the pleasure of returning many times. A heart-felt thank you. “only a few tables when we entered , we sat for over 15 minutes before anyone graced us with their presence. After we were given menus, we waited again forever . we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. was given bread and salad after a while......still no drinks .Our main courses sporadically arrived, no quality check(chicken was cold) . we actually thought our server left , as she was no where in sight. the table next to us was also getting irritated as they needed to leave . we stood up after we were done to try and find our server , but ended up going to the kitchen and asking for boxes for our food. went back up to ask for our bill, someone else came over . I told her it was an awful experience, and there was no apology or question asked to why, I guess they know 🤷‍♀️. I have avoided this chain as the service was always terrible , and we thought after 4 years we would give it another go. We'll, NEVER AGAIN“

Service was great and the description was legit that this place is home style. 15 bones for sgetti and meatballs was ok considering there was a good meat to noodle/sauce ratio. My kid is fussy so I wasn’t sure how this would go over but he loved it. Him and his bro rated it at 4.5 stars. I would have given this a perfect score on atmosphere but parking at the strip mall was so so and egress was little dicey. Had to squeal the tires to avoid getting T boned.“

“We like the pizza only if it's made to perfect. We like the extra cheese with regular crust not too thick or thin. And we love the option of cheese filled crust. We'd like to choose from their deals. And sometimes they burn the bottom crust which we don't prefer. Overall is good, price with the deals is reasonable.“
