“I visited this store for the first time on a hot and sunny day. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly. We ordered the pineapple coconut slush summer specials and an ube cookie. Our order was ready promptly. My husband enjoyed his drink, but I thought mine was just okay. Unfortunately, we both found the ube cookie unappetizing; it had a strange fishy smell and didn’t taste good. If I’m in the area again, I might give it another try.“

I GIVE THE OWNER 100 STARS This is my 2nd review i did not say enough the 1st time. The LADY server there is the nicest person i have ever known, I have been going there since last oct and not once was anything less than 200% PERFECT. I go there early every morn, then when i get home ( rertired) I feel great all day. I do not know her name, but she deserves a lot of credit and thanks. Again she is the best. I even told her if she ever needs my help I am 3 min. away.

There's a lady Kelly who came out of nowhere and got strait to work fixing problems .. and is not only getting all the orders out, she's educating the staff and stopping mistakes in action all at once. “If my morning starts off with Jenny I know it's gonna be an amazing morning. When she greets you at the window she always has a smile on her face and makes sure your stuff is right and exactly how you ordered. This place gets 5 stars off her service alone! Besides that my coffee is always made right and the other workers are nice. It's a nice place to get your morning started off right.

“This is the best Tim Hortons in my area. Always get great service! The people doing the service actually speak english, it's the cleanest store out of the 4 within 2km range. The only downside, imo is the equipment for this break more often than not.. other than that, zero complaints.“

“I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this location’s drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didn’t catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t thank her properly because I was in a rush, but she genuinely made my day. Thanks to you and your team. The little gestures can sometimes make big and good impact.
