The young lightskin man working at the window went out of his way to help me figure out how to use the McDonald’s app, and he was incredibly patient and kind the whole time. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood how to access offers and rewards, and didn’t rush me at all. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like that makes all the difference! He’s a real asset to the team!“

“I came into McDonald’s not knowing what to order, but Sadeed helped me decide and was very patient and kind. Sami packed my food really nicely, everything was neat and organized, and usually my fries are all messed around in the bag, but he made sure they weren’t and also got my food out fast, which I really appreciated. When I asked for my table to be cleaned, Yazan did it right away and was super polite. All three were friendly, hardworking, and showed great customer service. Honestly, we need more younger workers like them instead of old grumpy people who are rude for no reason. I hope they all go far in life, I’ll definitely be coming back.“
