Tim Hortons in Port Colborne

“90% of the time this location is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, the whole thing. Today however I will have to say I was saddened by what I saw. Dee was the gentleman who took my order and as always he was fantastic. Hashbrowns were out so I had to wait a bit ( NBD) during that wait Dee had switch from cash to cleaning. He had his gloves on, sweeping, mopping just killing it. Here's where I got sad. My food became ready to hand out, Dee was informed, however Dee beging the responsible guy he is. Asked another girl to hand me my food as he had cleaning gloves on and didn't wanna handle my food with dirty gloves. The annoyance that the girl seemed to have at his request was very upsetting. The look she gave him wasn't cool. Thank you Dee for being food safe!!“

“Fist time here from the U.S. Our server was Catlin. She was awesome. I had the sausage farmers wrap replace the eggs with a hash browns. It was delicious. Also had the apple fritters, chocolate dip donuts. Everything was great. The coffee was the best, nice fresh, and smooth and delicious. Yay Tim Hortons.“

“Sunday September 1st my spouse and friend decided to have a nice coffee to catch up outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. However, Tim Hortons clearly hires inconsiderate contractors that were pressure spraying the patio, doors and windows around us forcing us to leave. I wasnt there for a shower. Had he have just asked us to move so he could finish the job, I would understand. Maybe he needs better customer service skills :(“
