“Just got a chance to try out there new location at kennedy and 14th in markham. This location is spacious, with dine in available (limited seating) and free parking. Allow yourself 15-30min for your order. We ordered the jerk chicken poutine, jerk meal with rice and peas (they use basmati rice) with veggies and fried chicken with coleslaw and veggies (coleslaw is the made with vinegar and tastes amazing and tangy!) I love how consistent with the food, hits the spot everytime and staff were eally friendly and welcoming.“

A great deal for lunch !!Now for what we came for. The Oxtail Stuffed Patty. Let me tell you how good this thing is, trust me, it’s worth the wait & a staple for this restaurant.A hot, flaky beef patty, with flavourful, tender Oxtail with gravy (it’s not real if you don’t find a bone or two in there) & coleslaw stuffed inside. Wow. Is all I have to say. Please get it, does not disappoint.One thing though, you have to eat the Stuffed Patty right away as the gravy will make it soggy & you don’t want that. “Place is still fire. Prices are still competative. The jerk chicken plate is juicy and good flavor. Patties are still very good although not the best in the city anymore. But still a top 5. Coleslaw is good. It's a good place. The goat Roti is also very respectable. The employees are always happy to see you.“

It has a nice atmosphere but there was no hot food nor service at the front desk. Not a good look in my opinion. After about a minute or two, a dark skin woman in her 20s came to serve me. She wasn't very friendly when I asked a few questions about whether or not I could get two meats in a dinner plate and the size options. After I placed my order, she went to the back to put everything together. You cannot visually see any food being prepared. I order an ox tail dinner which comes with rice and peas and coleslaw. It was tasty and served hot. The meat portion was on the smaller size but over it was filled with all that rice. Overall, I'd give this place 3.5/5. There are better places to be had. The price was average and fair.Parking: Parking after office hours is plentiful. This restaurant primarily targets small businesses in the area making ample parking after 5pm.“
