However, there’s almost no food, desserts, or sandwiches available, which is probably why there aren’t many customers. With the right menu and concept, this place could easily become popular. I would love the opportunity to help develop it and work as a supervisor to bring new life and energy to this café so people can truly fall in love with it.“

“Cozy cafe with lots of options for coffee lovers! There is more seating at the back of the cafe that can’t be seen from the store front that offers desk working space and outlets. They had a projector set up during our visit with a winter lodge setting projected that made the space so cozy! Please note that they do have a 1 hr seating limit which is more than enough time to enjoy the space and ambience of the cafe :)“

My favourites are the light roasted Ethiopian varieties but lately I have also really enjoyed the espresso roasts from Costa Rica and Papua New Guinea. I highly recommend their coffee.“

“Gate girll and gate cafe is both the same. I'll start by saying the staff are very nice but it did take a while for our drinks to come despite not many people in the restraunt. The eggplant and mushroom burger is a must, it was soo good. The saffron milkshake I didn't realize at the time was $18. Very overpriced for a milkshake and definitely does not match the quality. Caesar salad is okay. Didn't end up getting the waffle because it just felt like it would take a while. But seeing the other the reviews. I think this spot is more for pizza, burgers and sandwiches than anything.

Parking: There is a Parking lot on the back, just turn off onto the side street and you should see it on the right. Otherwise theres free street parking. An hour limit before 6pm but after not timed“

“I always buy from Bibi’s Pastry Shop and I’m truly satisfied. Their desserts are absolutely top-notch, especially the chocolate cake and the pistachio-pineapple cake—they’re just unbeatable. The ice creams are also really delicious. Overall, it’s a five-star experience every time. Thanks to Bibi“

When I visit Starbucks at loblaw location, (May 2/ Thurs 14:45)
the barista lady was super nice and supported me to get the coupon done through the app.
Moreover, she reminded me that Starbucks is going to discontinued for Lactose Free milk option next week.
If I didn’t get any notice from her, I won’t know through the app/ any Starbucks news.
I am very thanksful of her help, and appreciated that she keeps her energy in her work as positive customer service.

“I went in with my friends to get a sandwich for lunch and I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The food tasted really nice and it was very filling. The service was not terrible and the price was reasonable. My favourite part for sure was the atmosphere. It was nice, relaxing, and it gave off a chill coffee place kind of vibe. The music also added to this feeling. I would 100% come here again.“

“This is my favourite Starbucks located at the lobby of Sheraton hotel. Armchairs are very comfortable and the atmosphere is very cosy and good. It is nice to meet friends and spend an afternoon there. The staff in this Starbucks are nice and friendly. The drink and food are the same standards as other Starbucks stores.“

“I recently visited Gong Cha in Richmond Hill and had a great experience! I ordered the Pearl Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly balanced sweetness and the pearls were nice and chewy. Special shoutout to Mahla for providing excellent service! “I rarely write reviews but today I decided to treat myself and get a drink and my barista (I think her name was Shyla) was so sweet. She right away greeted me with a smile and took my order, she let me know that any customizations I was to have would cost extra (other baristas don’t usually tell me). On top of that, she made sure to scan my points which many forget to do. She was so sweet and her vibe was so welcoming and caring. She got my drink to me very quickly and even handed me a straw. The customer service skills are perfect. The place was also very clean and thorough, lots of space and got through everybody’s orders quickly. Will be returning!“

However the Starbucks app said my order was ready for pick up through the drive thru, I went and it wasn’t so i had to park and wait 5 more minutes in front. “For over 20 years I have travelled by car in sales and service and by far this Tim Hortons has the most organized and speedy service I have every seen, mainly due to its long time staff members Vima and Shahi, forgive the spelling. When these ladies are in charge, the service is perfect. The drive through is pleasant and positive with lots of smiles. The coffee shop is clean and pleasant. These 2 ladies should be trainers for chain. In my experience, they exhibit a skill unseen throughout many of the coffee shops across Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick including competitive coffee chains. Well Done!“
