“What really makes Dorchin special is the amazing hospitality! The owner personally came to our table and chatted with us about Persian food with so much warmth and passion. You can truly feel how much they care — not just about serving great food, but about making sure everyone has a wonderful experience.

We had Kabab Koobideh, and it was sooo delicious — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled! We also tried Zeytoon Parvardeh and the Iranian Moosir Yogurt, both absolutely incredible.

Can’t wait to go back and enjoy more of those Persian flavors. Highly recommend Dorchin if you want authentic food and genuine hospitality! 🌿“

The portion size is huge. me and my husband ordered 2 combo- One wrap+fries+coke can (2 of these=40$ in total) but we couldn’t finish it. The owner cut the meat fresh off the rotisserie, most shawarma shops pre cut their meats & have sit in a heating compartment which dries it out. Beef was amazing with extra beef fat on the rice, chicken was juicy. He gave me extra beef fat when I asked with no issues.

We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... If you're on the hunt for the best shawarma in the Vaughan area, your search ends at Shawarma Jwan. I recently visited and was absolutely blown away by the quality, flavor, and sheer size of their meals.

We ordered the mixed shawarma plates, and as you can see, they do not hold back! The plates came loaded with a generous bed of fluffy, aromatic yellow rice, topped with a mountain of succulent, perfectly spiced chicken and beef shawarma. The meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of authentic flavor—exactly what you crave in a top-tier shawarma.

The sauces were the cherry on top. They were liberally drizzled with a rich, creamy garlic sauce and a vibrant, tangy hot sauce that added the perfect kick. It created a mouth-watering symphony of flavors in every bite.

I also have to highlight the sides. The accompanying salad was fresh and crisp, and the assortment of pickled vegetables—from the vibrant pink turnips and crunchy pickles to the olives and hot peppers—added a wonderful tangy crunch that balanced the richness of the meat perfectly.
