I received excellent service from Nika. D, she was very polite and an outstanding server. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal tonight! Go the full-course meal, appetizers and all. Then finished it off with a coffee.

“I had falafel, kotlet, and tongue sandwiches — and gosh, they were the yummiest sandwiches of all time. The falafel was super delicious; I didn’t want to share it with anyone, and I’m happy I didn’t! They put everything in generously.“

“I recently tried Bibimbap and it was a really enjoyable dish. The mix of fresh vegetables, rice, and savory sauce created a great balance of flavors and textures. I especially liked how each ingredient had its own taste, but everything came together perfectly when mixed.

The portion was satisfying without being too heavy, and the spicy sauce added a nice kick without overpowering the dish. Overall, it felt healthy, flavorful, and fun to eat.

“Had breakfast with a friend here. Food was ok, nothing special, smallish portions. Tables are ridiculously small and crowded with napkin holders and a condiment tray. Service was friendly but not intrusive. If you choose to eat at mall restaurant this is kinda what you get. An ok experience but I won't be returning.“

It’s always been ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes, and we’ve only had 1 or 2 issues in the last decade.“

“Absolutely delicious sweet and savory treats. I have so many food allergies but I can safely eat the food from this bakery. i appreciate the plant based options too. I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.“

The store remain open till late, after midnight which helps to satisfy late night cravings. Ample parking space is there in the plaza.“

“The Korean BBQ at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! If you love grilled meat, you should definitely give it a try! The restaurant has many branches, and you can get free refills of the steamed egg, corn, and side dishes in the small bowls (as long as the barbecue you ordered is still being served). The food tastes incredible, and the service is great too—though the tip is a bit on the high side, haha. It would be even better if the prices were a little more wallet-friendly!“

“I'm so glad we have Thai Basil in the neighbourhood. The food is always consistent and full of flavour. I'm obsessed with their Green Curry/Pad See Ewi it’s perfectly creamy and has just the right amount of spice ask for their chilli flakes if you want extra heat. The staff is always welcoming and the service is quick, whether I'm dining in or getting takeout. If you haven't tried their Thai Iced Tea/Mango Sticky Rice, you're missing out Highly recommend.“

Indeed, Kome Shokudo is the local spot for your affordable Japanese comfort food. We revisited for the first time in several years and were still impressed by the food portions and menu offerings. The flavours are nothing to write home about but for about $15 or less you can get a giant bowl of teriyaki beef on rice (gyudon), various udon, tempura or pork/chicken katsu curry. Only the shrimp curry with rice is a bit skimpy in the number of shrimps for the large option.

It’s neat that the quick-serve comes to your table via a robot server. You can fill up on fresh water at the drink station. The only downside is the decor which has aged over the years of popular use and plenty of graffiti seemingly from students scribbled on the walls of the side tables.

Skip it or hit it? When you’re craving for a quick Japanese fix this is good meal option. It can get busy in here so just be prepared.“

“For a restaurant that has been around for 20 years, the food is good, not amazing. Basically all the recommendations are fine, but venture off that list and the dishes are average if not a bit confusing in terms of taste.

Satay beef skewers was the best dish we had. Meat was tender and tasty. The sauce was is sweet, but I believe that is typical for Malaysian food? Roti with curry was also memorable because of the soft airy roti. However, the curry was warm, but not hot. We had lamb with ours and the meat was not gamey. Overall happy with the food.

Laksa was salty and lacked any fragrant coconut taste. A bit disappointing for sure. The pineapple fried rice also lacked any distinctive flavour. It’s great fried rice and they use fresh pineapple, but that is about it.

Banana roti is sweet. Roti was great, banana flavour can be a tasted, but the sweetness was a tad overpowering.

The stir fried beans were overcooked, not recommended. I wished we tried the egg plant instead.

The kitchen’s last call is at 7:30pm and they ran out of char kway teow when we ordered. I feel that dish needs to be tried if you visit. The restaurant was pretty full when we got there, but we did not need to wait in line.

Overall, for a restaurant that has been around for such a long time, it’s good. I think the taste profiles for some of the dishes could be improved.“

“Stopped by Harvey’s for a quick mobile order pickup and everything went smoothly. Service was fast and efficient — my food was ready when I arrived and even before the estimated pickup time.
One thing worth mentioning is the storefront. From the outside, it honestly looked closed — the main sign wasn’t lit, the front windows were dark, and the place didn’t give off an “open” vibe. The only indication they were operating was a small sign that intermittently flashed “open,” which could definitely be confusing if you’re walking or driving by.
Food-wise, I went with the buffalo chicken sandwich paired with onion rings. The sandwich was done well, with a nice buffalo kick, and the onion rings were fresh, crispy, and not overly battered.
If you’ve tried Harvey’s before, you know what to expect. This location sticks to the standard and delivers consistent food once you’re inside, but the exterior could use some attention so it doesn’t look closed when it’s actually open.“

This is a great place. The fries are gluten free which is a treat for me. You can also order a poutine gluten free, as the gravy is also gluten free. And, you can also request a gluten free bun for your burger. It's very rare to have a place you can eat out that is able to meet your gluten free needs, but I'm very impressed with these guys.“

“I’ve been coming to AllStar Wings & Ribs in Richmond Hill for over a decade and it’s still one of my go-to spots. The wings are always on point, tons of flavours, great vibe for games with the boys.

Big shoutout to Maryam, who’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s been taking care of me and the boys for years and always makes us feel at home. That kind of service is why we keep coming back. On the day of the event, the food was delivered right on time, and Zara even made a special visit to the venue to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. Zara had earlier organized a tasting menu for us, which was a delightful experience and she coordinated the delivery of items with impeccable attention to detail.
