McDonald's in Scarborough

“This is the only and only Mcdonalds I'd rate like this.. I go pretty much on the daily for my boy.. I know it's not healthy, but he eats what he eats. The ppl are amazing?they serve u properly. The food is always hot, just amazing all around the workers at lunch hour. You wouldn't find nicer ppl. we love u guys

Pretty much every other mc.donalds. I'd rate them a 2 if it's a good day. Everyone's in a rush today, and they don't care how they serve u. Your food prices are higher it's just gross period.“

“Breakfast sandwiches are always perfectly made, whether in-store or via Uber Eats (they actually look like the sandwiches on the ads LOL). Unlike from other stores which unfortunately are almost always messy. The manager is quite courteous and professional- I wish I knew his name as he deserves a shoutout.

Also worth mentioning is when ordering, during the same hours, whether it's one or six sandwiches, I rarely have to wait. Fast, efficient, and fantastic service at this location.“

“Waited 15 minutes for my fish burger order, which was made in a hurry and came out looking like someone slapped the piece of fish onto two pieces of bread with thought or consideration. Very disappointed will not be returning to this Mcd for a while…🤎🤍🤍💜“

“Staff are courteous and always get a fast service. With the weather in full gear Summer mode, Biscoff Mcflurries and double fudge sundae are in order. We really enjoyed the Biscoff because it’s our favourite cookies with our tea and we love making Biscoff cheesecake. This place is smaller than other Walmart Mcdees that we frequent for our frozen desserts. There was no wait and for a smaller space there’s enough sitting for quick eats.“

“The food was incredible(like always) and the service was great. All the workers were very kind. Our utterly large order was made very quickly. The place was a tiny bit dirty but that's to be expected. It is a fast food place after all.In conclusion, this place was just a great McDonalds. Great food and service and a nice atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and the Happy meals are very fun and cute for kids.“

“This morning we waited 5 to 10 minutes at the order point which stopped service at 10:56 that led us to wait extra time and had to drive around the store to get to the other station to order our food.
All in all 30 minutes at Macfonalds to get our lunch. Not good service. ? I
This should be managed better.

“I’m not going to review the food because it’s McDonalds. Anyone looking for 5star quality is going to the wrong place.My review is strictly on the lady that took out order. She was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with. The store was clean and it was a very lovely experience. Above and beyond.“

“I did not expect anything but my glucose and bp to raise after eating.. kidding aside I feel like the portions are smaller.. I don’t indulge in junk food but crave it once in a while.. The young man who took my prderwas nice and smiled the whole time but when my order came there’s no vinegar packets to go well in fact the Mgr told me they no longer carry vinegar packets. The cashier said they do .. Idk who to believe. Their self service will not scan my code but it’s all good. I wish I did not have to line up to order. The order came very fast.“

“Service was really good! Like exceptionally good. Staff were so friendly. Food was ok. Atmosphere... A bit crowded, it's too bad the restaurant is so small. No drive thru here, so you have to get out and go in.

Parking: There is a large, free parking lot - However, it's crowded and be very careful (seems like driving is an issue in this area?! No one looks!). You may or may not find a spot if it's a busy day.“

“I love to visit this store. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is very comfortable.Recently went with my kids and was greeted with smiles and best part my order was served on table and it was hot and fresh and tasted great.

Vegetarian options: I wish McDonalds offer more vegetarian options or beyond meat type sandwiches as well for people with dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: We cannot take any type of meat except fish. We ordered no meat egg McMuffin. The order was served accurate and fresh.“

Morning drive thru staff are efficient and friendly. They make customers happy first thing in the morning. Perfect orders and fast.
Thank you for catering my child’s bday happy meals. Was perfectly executed. The children at the daycare were all very happy.
Wish you had better vegetarian options for children, although I understand so bought food elsewhere for them.
Something needs freshening up at some point, because when we order hashbrowns, nuggets or fries, they sometimes have a bitter after taste. Also, the coke syrup ratio is off.
Evening staff will make mistakes one out of three times we order. Missing item or something we asked not to have in our burgers still prepped in the burgers.“

“I come here pretty often. The manager, Kyle is the best part of this McDonald’s. He makes sure that the fast food restaurants run quickly and he makes sure that the orders are right. In gen alpha words, he is the GOAT! Another good thing about this McDonald is that I have never encountered “the broken ice cream machine” but the ketchup machine is sometimes broken. One downside is that if you go around 4:00pm-4:30pm during week days, it might be hard to find a table. Asides from that, shout out to Kyle the best manager again and the workers!“

“I've noticed McDonald's really seem to go out of their way to locate themselves in the poorest shittiest neighborhoods as a result the dining experience is horrible... But I suppose that's where you need to be if you want to sell poor people shity food“

“Very good service. The team here seems to enjoy working with each other. At Cash i was served by Stephy who listened and processed my order (good service). Phiyusha did my mcflurry which was done perfectly. was the most hard working there doing orders and taking cash and when she got time took out the garbage as well. The manager too was helping out and trying to lighten the mood while working well with the team and the guests.“

“Dine in service has returned to 24 hours. However, no service at cash counter between 3:00am and 5:00am as the staff cleans the restaurant and changes over to breakfast service at 5:00am. Drive through still 24 hours I believe.

Vegetarian options: They have salad and you can order many of the dishes without meat at a reduced price.

Parking: Lots of parking in the mall and outside the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: They have children's meals, high chairs, and a play area, though the time may be restricted

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes at front door. Also there is wheelchair accessible washroom.“

“I've tried several McD's in Scarborough but this was is just better in terms of taste, service and quality. The coffee taste was superb... I am noticing that McDonald's have started improving their premium roast coffee's taste a lot...“

“Everything about this location sucks, except for KEVIN (5 stars for KEVIN and the fresh fries he made me) Came here yesterday night around 12am, and Kevin took my order.

He was super friendly and bubbly. It was such a breath of fresh air to be served by someone who was genuinely happy.

I wish there were a million Kevins, like the one who works here. The world would be a much better place.“
