McDonald's in Scarborough

“This is the only and only Mcdonalds I'd rate like this.. I go pretty much on the daily for my boy.. I know it's not healthy, but he eats what he eats. The ppl are amazing?they serve u properly. The food is always hot, just amazing all around the workers at lunch hour. You wouldn't find nicer ppl. we love u guys

Pretty much every other mc.donalds. I'd rate them a 2 if it's a good day. Everyone's in a rush today, and they don't care how they serve u. Your food prices are higher it's just gross period.“

“Breakfast sandwiches are always perfectly made, whether in-store or via Uber Eats (they actually look like the sandwiches on the ads LOL). Unlike from other stores which unfortunately are almost always messy. The manager is quite courteous and professional- I wish I knew his name as he deserves a shoutout.

Also worth mentioning is when ordering, during the same hours, whether it's one or six sandwiches, I rarely have to wait. Fast, efficient, and fantastic service at this location.“

“Stopped by McDonald's Wardeb and Sheppard yesterday, July 24th, for some ice cream sundaes for some individuals I support... I received great service and such kindness from Andrae and server Connie, I believe her name was... Service was also quick tho seemingly busy“

“I just want to say that I find the manager/supervisor at this location, I believe her name is Lily or Lillian, to be very friendly and approachable. She seems to have a warm and welcoming presence. I think she is Vietnamese or Southeast Asian, and I really appreciate her positive attitude towards customers. Her kindness and professionalism make visiting this location a pleasant experience. I hope she gets to read this!“

“I did not expect anything but my glucose and bp to raise after eating.. kidding aside I feel like the portions are smaller.. I don’t indulge in junk food but crave it once in a while.. The young man who took my prderwas nice and smiled the whole time but when my order came there’s no vinegar packets to go well in fact the Mgr told me they no longer carry vinegar packets. The cashier said they do .. Idk who to believe. Their self service will not scan my code but it’s all good. I wish I did not have to line up to order. The order came very fast.“

“Food was good but employees should be wearing sweat bands to avoid sweat possibly dripping in the food. To their defence maybe move the food prep station, so that the hot meat isn't cooking directly behind them the entire time there working.“

“This morning we waited 5 to 10 minutes at the order point which stopped service at 10:56 that led us to wait extra time and had to drive around the store to get to the other station to order our food.
All in all 30 minutes at Macfonalds to get our lunch. Not good service. ? I
This should be managed better.

She was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with. The store was clean and it was a very lovely experience. Above and beyond.“

“ive been comming here since i was 2 yrs old and im 20 now . Digna has always treated me well. She has always put a smile on my face and always made me feel like i was home. This place may be old and worn but its still one of the best mcdonalds in scarborough. I think of digna as an auntie. Food is always hot and fresh. Best after school hang out, study area, and late night conversation spot.“

“Store was quite busy despite the late hour but the workers were working fast and efficiently. While waiting for a worker to take our order, they apologized multiple times. The service was amazing. The worker that took our order, Richard (not too sure, seemed like the manager) the one with glasses made sure we got our order fast and provided amazing service. Best service I’ve received! Will be back to see the worker with glasses again (Richard?)“

“I love to visit this store. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere is very comfortable.Recently went with my kids and was greeted with smiles and best part my order was served on table and it was hot and fresh and tasted great.

Vegetarian options: I wish McDonalds offer more vegetarian options or beyond meat type sandwiches as well for people with dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: We cannot take any type of meat except fish. We ordered no meat egg McMuffin. The order was served accurate and fresh.“

“I've noticed McDonald's really seem to go out of their way to locate themselves in the poorest shittiest neighborhoods as a result the dining experience is horrible... But I suppose that's where you need to be if you want to sell poor people shity food“

“Dine in service has returned to 24 hours. However, no service at cash counter between 3:00am and 5:00am as the staff cleans the restaurant and changes over to breakfast service at 5:00am. Drive through still 24 hours I believe.

Vegetarian options: They have salad and you can order many of the dishes without meat at a reduced price.

Dietary restrictions: You can have it made to order

Parking: Lots of parking in the mall and outside the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: They have children's meals, high chairs, and a play area, though the time may be restricted

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes at front door. Also there is wheelchair accessible washroom.“

“Everything about this location sucks, except for KEVIN (5 stars for KEVIN and the fresh fries he made me) Came here yesterday night around 12am, and Kevin took my order.

He was super friendly and bubbly. It was such a breath of fresh air to be served by someone who was genuinely happy.

I wish there were a million Kevins, like the one who works here. The world would be a much better place.“

“I've tried several McD's in Scarborough but this was is just better in terms of taste, service and quality. The coffee taste was superb... I am noticing that McDonald's have started improving their premium roast coffee's taste a lot...“
