“Been to Onnuri on multiple occasions and each visit has been great! Service is excellent on most occasions and at times when it’s busy it can be a bit slow.

Korean Fried Chicken is crispy, juicy and made to order! My usual order is their 5pc chicken with a pint of Asahi. Other items from their menu which are just as good is their Soon Tofu and Bibimbap!

Overall, this is one of my favourite Korean spots to dine at and they have all the standard Korean dishes available on their menu as well. The taste is authentic and has a good kick of spice! Location can accommodate larger parties but always good to call ahead!“

“Incredibly tasting mock meat. There are a ton of options, from mock chicken to lamb, pork, beef, El, shrimp, bacon, and duck! The mock duck is uncanny how real and yummy it appears and tastes! I'd serve this at a dinner party to nonvegans as it is very convincing and probably tastier than the real thing. It's nice to have access to compassionate 'meats'; no killing or harm; just yummy food made from plants!“

“I had an amazing experience at Aly’s Pizza Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I visited there to grab a couple of slices for my dinner, but Akash and Nidhi completely changed my mind with their amazing service and great attitude! Their friendly approach and excellent selling skills convinced me to try a full pizza — and I’m so glad I did! The tandoori pizza was fresh, delicious, and worth every bite. “Kani Sushi is my go to sushi place. I've ordered from here over 50 times on Uber Eats and I've ordered a handful of times in person and they have never disappointed me when it comes to my orders. I always choose to come here because I've always gotten fresh tasting sushi and sashimi and I like supporting small businesses! This will continue to be my go to sushi place. Staff are very nice and if you pay with cash they give you a 5% discount on your order!“

“My friends and I have now been going to Gabby's for quite a few times, maybe about 6 by now, usually on Sundays. The last couple of times have been on a Friday and Monday. We are mostly handicapped, using walkers or a wheelchair. I usually make the reservation, and specify a table near the lovely large windows. It has never been a problem on Sundays, but there seems to be one waitress who objects to our sitting near the window as we will "block" the servers. It is difficult enough being handicapped never mind having a surly woman telling us we are a problem. So, maybe this woman doesn't work on Sundays. We love this restaurant and the food and atmosphere is so great, usually. Most disappointing.“

“I have been here several times over the last four/five years, and it has been consistently delicious. My current favourite is the butter chicken kohtu roti, although I sometimes get the mutton biryani too. This has also become one of my partner's favourite places whenever we go back to Markham to visit my family. He's a big fan of the devil chicken kohtu roti and the deviled fries. Portions are big (usually lasts 2-3 meals for me) and delicious! I also occasionally buy the mango lassi as well. We've also tried the burgers once which are okay. We're more of a fan of the kohtu roti, which we both highly recommend!

Also note this is a takeout place with no space to eat, so better to call ahead or order online and pick up. A long time ago, they used to have a single table where you could sit and wait, but that's no longer the case if I recall correctly, so you'll be standing and waiting if you go there and order.“

“I ordered burritos, but since I sometimes add a lot of sauce :), they can fall apart a bit in the wrap. When I asked for a fork, the person who made my burrito noticed and kindly asked if it had fallen apart then offered to remake it for me and even gave me a free drink on the side. I truly appreciated how quickly he took action and how thoughtful he was. As a pregnant woman (not showing yet, lol), my appetite can depend a lot on how the food looks, and I can get a little picky. His gesture really meant a lot! I’m always well taken care of at this location, and even though it’s not the closest to me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.“

“Amazing place to grab pizza and it’s open late nights as well so when no other food shop is open, you can make your way here and order a whole pizza or a few slices. The individual slices portions is very substantial and tastes amazing as well.

Wish it had more place to sit down but I understand because it is a smaller shop. Regardless great service and great food, would definitely recommend.“

Don't let the messy cluttered place dissuade you, these are so good. I had the honey sausage banh mi and it was really good. But the og gotta be their assorted banh mi sandwich

“WOW. There's no way anyone who left a negative review came here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. It definitely is a hole in the wall kind of place but I highly recommend Lucky's. I'm not from the area but would definitely return if ever in the vicinity for sure.“

“Great food, so many people who know the dishes, being of the same culture, queuing up patiently can't be wrong. There's two places to queue up from, the hot tables with the meal items like biryanis, curries etc. and there's the line that starts with the burfi. The curries and biryanis are delicious. The tandoori chicken leg is great and a generous size for the price. Don't forget the naan or roti. The burfi are a beautiful mosaic of colourful sweets and the ones I've tried are addictive. Next along the counters and displays are the hot snacks like spring rolls, mutton rolls (there's the vegie version as well) and the namesake snack... The samosas!!! The samosas are the most popular and they continually bring out more doing their best to keep up with the demand. Tons of people come in just for these triangles of yumminess from people buying big boxes of them for dinner at home, at a friend's house or even the company potluck to working folk stopping in for a delicious and affordable lunch that could very well fit in under the PST threshold even today in 2024. Unless you're eating them in the car as part of your limited lunchtime, the chutneys are amazing and not to be missed. There is also chai which is pretty good, but it is served nuclear hot. All in all, you can get not one, but two pretty large meals for three people for not much more than what you'll spend on McShit... If you love Indian food, this is a great place or if you're new to Indian cuisine, definitely a place to try some dishes for the first time.“
