The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour — you could tell real care went into every dish. It was a great way to celebrate at home with restaurant-quality dining. “Amazing customer experience: As I was leaving with my family with little kids, I was cleaning the snow off my car, the manager and two servers came out in the snowstorm and asked if we had left our phone on the table! In our busyness with kids we accidentally left our phone on the table and they obviously saw that and rushed out to get it to us before we left!

“My hubby and I frequently visit Swiss Chalet on Niagara Street and we both find wonderful wait staff there. I have already written about Stephanie but today I want to say a big thank you to both Emily and Evann. They are both perfect in executing their jobs but they are also just fun to interact with and be with. Our last visit I was teasing that I forgot to write my review for Emily only to forget to write one for Evann. Thus gals I am writing how wonderful you both are and how you both put a smile on our faces. We will be back of course. You both also never forget to tell us about the specials and save us money. This is important to retirees. Thank you for making an every day experience a more special one.“

“We had a wonderful time at the Swiss Chalet , the food was fantastic and the server ( Laura) was a pleasure. She made our time there so fun . At the end of our meal our server brought out finger bowls. They are bowls for you to clean your hands in water with lemon. It was a fun experience and Laura was very fun and helpful with everything we ask her. Definitely recommend and we would definitely come again.!!!“

“Great breakfast, affordable. The server was so nice. I had asked for a few modifications to my order request and she obliged no problem.

Coffee was good and presented with a heart on top. Cute.

Decor is what you’d expect at any Williams / nothing too special.

Vegetarian options: The veg breakfast was yummy. :)

Dietary restrictions: I ordered the bagel w egg, avocado, tomato and spinach. I asked for the items to be on their own and not on a bagel. Then I asked if the bagel could be changed to a croissant and put on the side. All of these requests were obliged. I can’t have wheat, so I brought the croissant home for my kids. Egg and everything else was delicious and healthy.“
