“As a foodie born and raised in Stratford, this place has one of the BEST value in terms of portion, taste and price. 9/10. The lunch gyro wrap special is where it's at! Not only that but, the Spartan burger is awesome too! Juicy, satisfying, and honestly a different burger that I never had before. I'm glad it's here in Stratford!! Also, I'm not much of a salad guy, but the Greek salad is AMAZING too! Man everything is just great here lol”

“A special afternoon spent at Revival House. A really wonderful gentlemen, made us feel so welcome and you could tell how proud he was of the restaurant and its history. He made our day and encouraged our full enjoyment of this unique venue. As a minister I loved seeing how the beautiful building was so creatively repurposed, honouring its original design. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name, but what a wonderful ambassador for this business. From reading other reviews, I wonder if it was Chris? We had a lovely server as well. But I had wished we had left a tip for this super fellow as well.”

“I was starting to think that I was going to drown in a sea of tourist-influenced culinary mediocrity. The beautiful architecture and all its promise. I was thinking that the residents must bake their own bread since I had yet to find a genuine bakery after three days of walking/driving around Stratford. Then all-of-a-sudden - there she was! I don't have the words. Downie Street Bakery produces the kind of bread that Europeans treat with a reverence. These folks put in the time and passion. I was going. to leverage the daylight and tour some more but I had to get back to my friend's lovely historic mansion and dig into this sourdough. I'm talking Mana from Heaven. Too-bad Ontario butter is is such e barrasingly-horrendous crap. I'm going to have to make my own at a top-secret raw milk dairy operation for it to be worthy of such High-Art. Thank you Downie Street Bakery for raising me back up and making me a believer.”

“The next stop on my unofficial brewery tour is Black Swan Brewing Co. Almost skipped this stop because of the weather but I’m glad I didn’t because this spot is a can’t miss. Grab yourself a flight of local cold ones sit back and relax on the dog friendly patio. I personally recommend the Wild Child Sour but honestly you can’t go wrong.”

“I contacted Black Angus about catering for a small party (5 of us) for a surprise wedding anniversary for my mom. Not only were they extremely easy / flexible when creating a dinner menu / responding to emails, they were punctual with delivery & pick up, had all supplies required, and the food was DELICIOUS! My Father recently passed away & this was my moms first anniversary without him. You and your team helped make it extra special. Will definitely order again.. Cheers!”

“A number of people from yoga recommended I check out this place on my way out of the city, and man…. I’m so glad I did! It’s kind of a hole in the wall spot in an industrial area, with an atmosphere best described as a mix of industrial, yet warm, eclectic, cozy and welcoming. The “Kona coffee” sign on the door hooked me, but the actual selection once inside really sold me! The minute you walk in the doors you get the feeling that the owners love their coffee, and it really shines through. This place is no joke. The selection is amazing, with a little bit of something for everyone. The gentleman I spoke to today was so knowledgeable, and really just the loveliest human. His love for his product really shined, and made me excited for everything there! I ended up with a bag of whole beans, and on my way out grabbed a small coffee with oat milk…. It was to die for! What a wonderful pick me up for my long drive home ❤️ I think I’ve found my new “quick cup of coffee” for my post-yoga drive home, and I can’t wait for the next cup!”

We went with a group of friends and we all chose 4 things to try-this was more than enough to give us a taste of almost all of their offerings, and leave our bellies full and satisfied. Every taste was magnificent. Our favourites were the crispy devilled eggs, Brussels sprout Cesar salad, short rib stuffed Yorkshire pudding and fried chicken. Only sad about not having room for dessert! The menu changes often, but you won’t be disappointed. Cocktails were delish, service was great. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Wicked-cool-amazing signature latte coffee creations. They have flavours that I've never heard of and they will blow your mind. I had the Golden Latte 💛 Love the descriptions of the ingredients on the menu in each drink.
They also serve sandwiches with avocado, meat, baked goods, breakfast and smoothies! Totally worth coming here and I will be back!

“I’m from out of town (big city) and I haven’t ever had pizza with meat balls in them, and the cup pepperoni is also seldom seen, so when I saw New Orleans had these ingredients I just had to try. The pizza was great, we ordered for a late night meal and we snarfed it all down fairly quickly. The wings were great too. Meaty, nicely fried, and plenty of sauce on the side even for a small order. The pizza crusts were small and crispy making them great to eat, my kids usually throw away the crusts but not this time.”
