“I visited Café Landwer in Forest Hill and while the food was good, the overall experience was affected by how busy it was. The service felt quite slow, not because of the servers themselves, who were polite and did their best, but more due to how the whole system seemed overwhelmed. Our server Quinn was friendly and efficient and was able to offer his opinion on main dishes we selected. The portions were more than generous and both of us were provided with take away containers. My friend has decided to book a family birthday here later this month. And I plan to return to Trattoria Di Parma early in November with friends who will be visiting from Calgary. In terms of spice, you can change the broth to suit your level of tolerance. After leaving the restaurant I did not feel full or have that heavy feeling with my stomach.
