“This place is amazing, the experience was immaculate. The food came pretty fast, however you might wait a bit for the cashiers. Food tasted amazing, was clean inside, spacious and usually not much people during rush hours. Easy quick grab and go or dine in. Would be better if it have bike stand lock, or any place to lock your bike.“

While the efficiency of service and the variety of menu options were commendable, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and noise levels in the dining area. Despite the drawbacks, McDonald's remains a popular choice for a quick and satisfying fast-food meal.“

“Stopped in for a quick breakfast and everything was fresh and hot. The staff were friendly and got my order right, which doesn’t always happen at fast food places. The place looked pretty clean too. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the coffee could’ve been a bit hotter, but overall a solid experience.“

“Absolutely amazing customer service at McDonald’s. I came on July 4th I was greeted and served by I think her name was Nohadra and she was kind and had a smile on her face while taking my order. She answered all my questions properly and was happy to, did not once seem annoyed. She was the only person there working everyone else was standing around talking in their language and she took my order, made my drinks and also made my food all by herself when there was 3 other workers there just standing around talking and letting her do all the work. Great customer service from her.“

“The young lady who took our order this morning was very sweet and I always have my order messed up from mcdonalds cause I prefer their old blts however this yound lady got the order right from the start put hashbrowns down for us when they hadn't quite started them yet. And the person who made the but nailed it as well. Very impressed for the first time with a mcdonald's in that area. The rest should be demolished and hazmat brought in. Before rebuilding anywhere near those sites in my opinion.“

“I recently ordered a couple of McDonald’s new remix menu items and have to say they are not bad! There’s always something nostalgic about the Fillet-O-Fish, but stacked with a double hamburger as the Surf N’ Turf is a fun and filling burger bite.Also as a fan of their apple pie, the new Apple Pie McFlurry is a reminder of why pie with ice cream works well together. I might have these again.“

“Visited Mac-D's this location today and would like to give a big appreciation to Varsha who was serving at the order window at McDonald’s. Despite the rush, she handled everything with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. She served our Big Mac combos quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. What really impressed me was the way she treated all customers with the same kindness and respect—it shows that she truly enjoys her work and takes pride in doing it well. Employees like Varsha make the customer experience so much better. Thank you, Varsha, for your excellent service!“

“The food at this McDonald’s location is pretty good and service is decent. The atmosphere could be better though, in terms of cleanliness. However, keep in mind, some rude customers are also contributing to the ruckus in the lobby, though, so I also understand that it can be difficult to manage at times, especially since it’s a fast-food chain. Other than that, I want to give a shoutout to Thuy, who works at the second window drive-thru in the mornings. She is very attentive and is humorous, too! McDonald’s, please give this diligent employee a raise; she is doing an awesome job ?! Thuy always provides exceptional customer service, and is a great addition to the McDonald’s team at Rutherford. ?“

“Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.“
