“Since this location is very close to my workplace, I always order food here. The staff are nice, and the food is always fresh. Today, I called the store looking for a white Crocs keychain for my son. Keshav confirmed it was available and asked me to find him when I visited the store. After learning that my son was collecting them, he went to the back and found another white one. So, I bought two for my son. Excellent service. Thank you, Keshav!“

Customers being social and laughing while waiting, Overall one of the better experiences from a McDonald's ...almost makes up for the cost inflation but hey that's happening everywhere! these staff members should get a pat the “

“Absolutely amazing customer service at McDonald’s. I came on July 4th I was greeted and served by I think her name was Nohadra and she was kind and had a smile on her face while taking my order. She answered all my questions properly and was happy to, did not once seem annoyed. She was the only person there working everyone else was standing around talking in their language and she took my order, made my drinks and also made my food all by herself when there was 3 other workers there just standing around talking and letting her do all the work. Great customer service from her.“

“I recently ordered a couple of McDonald’s new remix menu items and have to say they are not bad! There’s always something nostalgic about the Fillet-O-Fish, but stacked with a double hamburger as the Surf N’ Turf is a fun and filling burger bite.Also as a fan of their apple pie, the new Apple Pie McFlurry is a reminder of why pie with ice cream works well together. I might have these again.“

“A few weeks ago, at around three in the morning, I visited this location in Mc Donald; at that time, everything else was closed. Even McDonald's was only serving coffee and drinks, but a nice employee was still giving me meals at the moment. Thank you so much for your kind assistance.“

“The food at this McDonald’s location is pretty good and service is decent. The atmosphere could be better though, in terms of cleanliness. However, keep in mind, some rude customers are also contributing to the ruckus in the lobby, though, so I also understand that it can be difficult to manage at times, especially since it’s a fast-food chain. Other than that, I want to give a shoutout to Thuy, who works at the second window drive-thru in the mornings. She is very attentive and is humorous, too! McDonald’s, please give this diligent employee a raise; she is doing an awesome job ?! Thuy always provides exceptional customer service, and is a great addition to the McDonald’s team at Rutherford. ?“

“Feels the same as every other McDonalds. Maybe a little cleaner.
But the annoying thing about this one is that if it gets a little busy, everything falls apart and service becomes super slow.
Also several times, I’ve been shorted an item in the drive through.“
