“Frankly an incredible place to come and get food from. They serve cafe style food along with a variety of different baked goodies and other quick eats (I recommend the poutine). The owners of the restaurant have shown great resilience and kindness when serving and attending customers such as myself. The food is amazing and I would 100% come back here to eat here again for the great service and the food. It does not deserve the low reviews that people here are giving. It definitely is a place to come try out when you visit Welland!“

“I’m not sure why the tables always seem dirty at this location. I understand the nature of the business and that things can quickly get out of hand. However, I don’t recall a time where I’ve been there in the past two years - about a dozen visits - where the tables weren’t a mess.“

The staff is very friendly and the male supervisor was very nice and helpful with helping my wife on what to get and help her customize the wrap. “Good placement, good food, good atmosphere, overall a good tim Hortons. Would definitely recommend going here, it's one of the like 4 Tim's that isn't underwhelming (like not realy worth it.) I've seen alot of Tim's like that but this one isn't one of them. Freindly cashiers, service is smoth, lots of seating, parking is very available, definitely go here if your planing on going to a Tim's.“
