It's only a counter, not much to look at for ambiance, and outside is basically the parking lot and sidewalk for other shops. We walked a bit around but most ppl would probably just grab and go (drive). Expect a bit pricey bbt like most places nowdays around 8$...“

I was too full from lunch or I would’ve got one of their bubble waffles because everyone seems to be raving about it in the reviews, so will have to come back for that.

The location is kind of a weird one where it’s facing Kennedy. You can enter from the parking lot underground or if you’re on the main floor, exit from the doors facing Kennedy and go south.

Service was great. Person helping was super informative and recommended the Earl grey for a stronger tea taste.

Also need to give a shoutout to the interior with all the bear bricks

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and have knowledge behind all of their products and have great recommendations. Not sure who the gentleman Who helped me today was, But super quick service, gave a warm greeting, And a short of an experience that it was, it felt super authentic. Not a lot of restaurants and establishments really cater to good quality service and creating an authentic experience these days just wanted to put some recognition on the friendly service and care I had with my order today thank you. Based on the reviews, we decided to try this place since Cafe Mozaiko looked like a good choice.

We didn’t check the menu, but it was exactly the kind of food we like. My son went for his usual order of the spicy salmon bowl. He said it was unbelievable and one of the best he has had. It came with pickled ginger, pickled seaweed and a spicy mayo. We decided to order chicken karaage bento for a change. The chicken was melt-in-the-mouth and the coating was very flavourful with the right amount of crisp. The sesame sauce it came with was also great. The rice was seasoned and paired very well with the chicken, not dry at all. The lychee iced tea had fresh lychee bits and was very flavourful. The taro milk tea tasted like real taro and the boba was good too.

Overall, a fantastic experience and we’ll be back to try the sushi.“

“I tried their daily special iced lemon tea for $1.50 and it was very good! I usually ask for no sugar, but the owner was super nice and explained that he actually makes the tea using tea leaves so it is stronger than other places that uses tea bags. So he suggested to add a little bit of sugar, and he was right. The drink was very good and refreshing! Good deal and good service, would come by again if shopping at this plaza.“

Tried the watermelon slush that was recommended by another review and can confirm it is freshly blended, refreshing and delicious. Unexpectedly, pearls are included too! They're fresh, very basic pearls (not much flavour that you would expect from top tier bbt places) Excellent deal for $3.50, tax included. Would try other slushes too next time.

龜苓膏 Gui ling gao is $5.00 and appears to be house made. Also tasty!

Thinking about getting the rose green tea to-go as I slurp my watermelon slush. It's another recommended by a different reviewer. Would definitelu come back if I lived around here.“

The flavour is *chef's kiss and once you've had it a couple times, you are sure to be addicted. I love getting the Rice Yogurt drink, 50/50 ice and sugar levels, if anyone needs a recommendation.

Hojicha milk tea with grass jelly. Large. $10.99 with BOGO. Amazing price. Also love that they have bamboo straws instead of paper straws that "explode" as 🎺 says.

“Very popular tea shop with a wide variety of drinks. Of the 15 tables only a couple were free at five o'clock. Efficiently served. Drinks were a bit expensive a special passion fruit green tea cost $6 for a large one.

Visited 2pm on a Saturday and the shop was not very busy. Looked like a new member of staff were being trained as the service was slower than expected. I did get a jasmine hot green tea, however, the flavour seemed more 'delicate' than other jasmine green teas I have had. For $7.01 a large hot green tea there are better alternatives in the same plaza.“

“I have been to many bubble tea stores, and this one is the best one overall. Although there prices are a bit high, nowadays prices are always going up. Aside from the high prices their food and drinks are amazing! On average per drink it’s $7 dollars and is about a cups worth. All of there drinks are measured which means they are very consistent with their good quality drinks. Overall I would definitely recommend.“

“Chatimers, had a pop-up food truck at the plaza 5221 Hwy 7 #900, Markham, ON, across the street from Markville Mall. I was invited over to try their bubble tea. The staff exuded high energy and a warm welcome, creating a fantastic first impression. “The drinks were good. The staff were friendly. The washroom was very clean, and the ambiance was nice with bright colors. The drinks were a little expensive. The Ovaltine crunch milk tea I tried had no crunch at all. But it was tasty and the cups are reusable. They took a little longer to make our drink because at first there was only one person ordering and making the drinks. They had daily specials and the good thing was they even had one on a Saturday.

“A somewhat larger Chatime bubble tea location. There are multiple tables available. One of the largest Chatimes that I've been to.

You could order at the counter or order at the kiosk. I ordered on the kiosk as to see their full menu and choose from the many additional customization options.

I ordered the Chatime Triple (Normal Ice, 50% Sugar, Roasted Milk Tea, Large, Cold). The bubble tea consisted of the boba pearls, grass jelly, and pudding jelly.

The bubble tea tasted alright. The boba pearls were chewy. The jellies tasted smooth, sweet, and herbal. The roasted milk tea had the hint of different flavor (made the drink taste better).

There was a bit too much ice as I finished the milk tea pretty fast, leaving a considerable amount of toppings behind in slowly melting ice. I basically sucked up cold water and cold toppings. Which was fine, just wished I had some milk tea to go with the toppings.

Other than that, price wise, it's about a $1 cheaper than Coco's. Depends on which drink you get as you can get regular sized cups for around $6. Large cup size adds a $0.70 on top.

Overall, a fine tasting bubble tea drink, price is decent, location has multiple seating available, location is clean, service is fast, has kiosk to order from... It repairs my previous bad experience with Chatime.

“This place was a delight with a variety of set choices. Today I chose the Japanese Miso hot pot (not spicy). It was delicious. Also, the portion was pretty large. I could have easily shared it with one other person. I enjoyed dipping the meat in one of the condiments that was provided at the table. Sorry I don't know the name of it. But it was a thick red sauce and not spicy at all. I scooped some into a small bowl and dipped away. I'm interested in trying the other variety of hot pots on the menu. Maybe go for the lobster one next time.“

It does come with tapioca pearls and whip,milk tea with a very strong real berry flavor which was very nice and good. I got the small size was still a fair price but the quality is definitely there. Was very fun to see a collaboration drink with the ally and spy family anime super cool.
