“I’ve always admired Starbucks for how they hire and train their team. In my experience, the level of customer service is often unmatched compared to many other coffee chains. This afternoon I had a wonderful experience with one of the baristas at this location, Ava. Her voice over the intercom was so bright and cheery and when I drove up to get my coffee she greeted me with the biggest smile and asked me how my day was. Ava let me know it was her first job and I could tell she absolutely loved it! I hope she continues to carry this level of enthusiasm with her, because you never know during those little exchanges, how much of an impact you could be having on someone’s day.
