The ambiance was amazing and the food was fantastic. Stephanie, as always, made us feel very comfortable and was always making sure we were good and if we needed anything. “We had such a great experience at Montana’s thanks to our server Kass! From the moment we sat down, Kass was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

We don’t drink alcohol, but she was amazing about keeping our pop and water refilled without us ever having to ask, she was always one step ahead. She checked in at the perfect times, made great menu recommendations, and everything came out exactly how we wanted.

You can really tell when someone cares about their guests. Kass made the whole night feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of rushed. Service like that honestly makes the meal even better. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Kass again!

“We had take out and ordered via mobile app - the deluxe family pak. It was great. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. The addition of an appetizer (spring rolls or perogies) and mini donuts were the perfect way to start and end the meal. Price for the deluxe family pak was very reasonable.“

“In early February I had an issue at this location with my order. Called it in to guest services / customer service and been going on a month before I called the store myself. Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. “I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was incredible and the overall service was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Simone was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. She knows the menu so well and gave us great recommendations on what to order, which made the everything even better. “Tatiana, our waitress, was excellent. She's helpful with menu suggestions, listens carefully, and is prompt in delivering drinks and food with a smile. I chose a dish that she approved and my wife chose a more traditional Swiss Chalet menu choice (The 1/4 chicken). My choice was a new dish (Chicken Teriyaki) that is being tried out in several different Swiss Chalet stores and was really excellent. I would suggest that possibly there was too much food which is all delicious. I normally attend the Swiss Chalet on Yonge just north of St. Clair and I will ask for that option there.“

“This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

They brought our drinks but forgot one of the kids drinks. 25 minutes passed and still nothing - the girls disappeared. We then met Shimeko Cooper and he saved the day. Saved the experience. “Fed up with a driver that can come up with an excuse twice now as to why he can't deliver to my door. I paid for delivery and I also included a tip. Called me twice last night for me to come to him. Hung up on him and I waited for delivery.

“I had today the so called white meat sliced in strips with some broccoli and noodles.Stay away from this place. They use GLUE to bind the disgusting chicken!!! The whole meal was disgusting and ended up in the trash!! If you value your health stay away from this place!!!!“

“Had a business meeting here. Attentive waitress and good food. Loved the shrimp appetizer. Minor gripe: host was away for too long resulting in an awkward wait in the lobby. Overall, this is a great place, however I found other locations to be cozier.“

“We love to go the the Swiss Chalet in highway 27 and 7. . All the staff is wonderful. We go regularly and it feels like home to us. NICOLE IS AN EXCELLENT WAITRESS, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. She always have a positive attitude and a wonderful smile.“
