“today December 26, 2024 at 6:45. I ordered egg and cheese belt which chipotle sauce on everything bagel. I just received the bagel with veggies and sauce. There is no egg inside even the staff was rushing too much. There was no car behind me they keep on saying next car next car next car. This is horrible. I come to the work. I open my breakfast to eat at 7:30. I checked there was no egg how I go back and ask them so please try to resolve this issue thank you.“

“I always come here after I grocery shop for a nice iced coffee! One of my favourite spots! I asked for an iced coffee, dark roast regular and a chocolate croissant but instead got a boston cream, a little disappointed since I payed for a chocolate croissant, when I ordered the lady made sure they had chocolate croissants and she said yes. please make sure to double check the order next time. very disappointed!“

The men’s washroom was out of order the Manager Ms. Sabrina kindly told me to wait for her, checked the ladies washroom and let me in to use it, while I was inside she waited outside for me. I was in shock with the experience. I want to thank her from my heart. Even the seating area all clean and well kept. Thank you Sabrina for your help and support. Store manager is on top of everything, and staff are very good at make your order right. They probably handle same volume in their drive thru as other locations in the area, but do it faster, better, with a smile, and a with welcome attitude.“
