“Very pleased with service with smile and fast service. Food was great Specially on Friday Aug 8,2025) morning. Being Jain I had limited choice of the food Tims has to offer. However the staff name Bharati helped selecting right food for me and food and beverage was excellent. I wish Tims have more choices of food for vegan and Jain customers. Atmosphere was good but because of busy Friday morning, tables were bit messy.“

I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in service lately — especially during the afternoon shift. I don’t know the supervisor’s name, but her presence and leadership have clearly made a positive impact.
Her customer service was outstanding — polite, friendly, and attentive. The entire environment felt clean, welcoming, and well-managed. I was especially impressed to find fresh bagels and potato wedges around 8 o’clock — something I’ve never experienced before at that time.
It’s truly a nice experience now. Bravo to the whole team — you’re doing a great job!“

“I am diabetic I had to go to the washroom badly. The men’s washroom was out of order the Manager Ms. Sabrina kindly told me to wait for her, checked the ladies washroom and let me in to use it, while I was inside she waited outside for me. I was in shock with the experience. I want to thank her from my heart. Even the seating area all clean and well kept. Thank you Sabrina for your help and support. I will definitely come again to this Tim Hortons.“
