“I went on my Birthday yesterday and the service was great! Everyone was comfortable and food and drinks came out promptly and smoothly. Our server was a sweetheart, friendly and super attentive. Food was good, we got a variety of appetizers what you want and expect at a casual, sports pub. The mousse cake slice I got for free for my Birthday was excellent however and would highly recommend! The atmosphere was comfortable to play an outrageous card game together. Do expect some loud sports fans which is totally understandable of course.“

“I've always had decent food here at Bannings. This morning I ordered Pumpkin pancakes.....what a disappointment. The pumpkin batter needed salt added to it and it also could have used a bit more sugar in the batter. The syrup was not real maple syrup but table top ad says, "warm maple syrup," so I expected real maple syrup. It also says, "whipped butter." I asked the waiter about the maple syrup and he told me it was "artificial" maple and argued the fact that the restaurant never said "real" maple syrup. Maybe the butter is whipped margarine...who knows what liberties are taken in menu descriptions. I'm a "real" maple syrup customer.“

“I had the BEST experience at Kona tonight! I went to the bar to grab a drink before going to my table and Stormy was bartending. She was one of the best bartenders i’ve ever had! So friendly and attentive! When I got my table Sage was my server and gave me some of the best service i’ve ever received! She always made sure my drink was full, checked up on me and made my experience so great! Give Stormy and Sage a raise they deserve it! 11/10 experience will be back.“

“Really good food, very friendly staff, and really good managers, I definitely recommend Stanford’s in Tanasbourne , everyone needs to come in and try it if you haven’t yet, I recommend the fried calamari and the chimichurri steak tips, they are really really good, save space for dessert and try the chocolate mousse, and make sure to try out the drinks the way is made is all fresh made juices, so if you are in the area make sure to stop by at Stanford’s in Tanasbourne, you will not be disappointed.“

“Love McMenamins, they have consistently good food, music, low lighting, beautiful art, lovely places, all of them.

However, this particular location has an issue with their service. At times, you'll be forgotten about or outright ignored while the servers chat it up with each other at the bar. They OFTEN just stand around talking to each other for long stretches.

It's fine to socialize at work in this type of environment, sure, not opposed to that. But when I'm sitting waiting for 15 mins and no one approaches to take my order or serve me water, all while laughing and talking about their pets at the bar, it reflects very poorly.“

“This was our first visit to Oswego Grill. The menu was large with interesting options. I enjoyed the Jambalaya. It was a nice medium hot spice with a fair amount of meat in the rice. My wife had cod fish and chips. The cod was a crunchy light batter. The fries left room for improvement. The fries were a good flavor, but were soft, mushy and not served hot. We are looking forward to the Vancouver store to open. We hope the fries are crisp the next time we order them.“

“I've always had an appreciation for shakes, fries, and a burger. The hazelnut chocolate shake came with an ice cold cup filled with extra shake on the side.

And the burger was cooked juicy and homestyle.
And the fries were delicious. The only thing I observed was not the freshest lettuce but keep in mind im am very critical of my burgers. And it was later in the evening.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the dining room and restroom. And the waitress was very attentive and welcoming.

Parking: The turn off can be a tad awkward from the intersection to parking lot but that is totally fine once you get the parking lot. There is plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: This would be an excellent spot to get dinner with kids. They have old cartoons playing on the t.v.“

“The food is great, I had an off menu wrap. The service is amazing, everyone keeps their attitude at home, nothing but cheerful employees here trying to help you to the best of their abilities. The atmosphere would be five stars as well but it is a bowling alley and can get quite noisy. That's the only reason for a 4 star review for atmosphere. Other than that the patrons are very friendly as well. If you're waiting on a movie across the street, looking for a great date idea, or just board looking for some time to kill, then this is a great suggestion. Besides a bowling alley it's also an arcade that gives you tickets that you can cash in for prizes. Granted the prizes are geared towards children, there's still some stuff there that would be a great idea for a first date prize. Highly recommend this place and will stop by again if I'm ever in the area“

“We stopped to get my picky little eater some mac and cheese and fries. His first bite he said mom this is better then homemade meaning my mac and cheese which for this boy says alot so I tried it and couldn't stop taking bites from his bowl! Can't waitnto try some chicken next time!! Super friendly service he brought the food out to my car while we waited little things like that are just so kind. “It has a decent salad bar with a fine selection including eggs, olives, peppers, chicken, ham, fruits and more.If you have a nut and dairy allergy like me, go early or risk cross contamination from the mad rush of folks who do not pay attention to that.There is a hot food bar as well. The menu changes daily but cannot eat from there due to cross contamination / cooking risks due to said allergy. I hear good comments frequently though.There is also the Sub4 restaurant inside if you have time for a sit down meal, traditional American plates.Last but not least there is a coffeehouse with a fair selection of coffee / tea options.“

“I come to this particular Black Bear every year because it is the one nearest to the hotel nearest to where my dad lives. I go to a Black Bear Diner pretty often, and this one is up to the same high standards as basically all the others I've visited. This visit, however, was not to see my dad but to go to his funeral. It was a really rough day today. I could hardly leave the hotel room. But when I did, and I sat there just reading for a bit over a hamburger, listening to nothing in particular, my waiter was very helpful and attentive despite there seeming to be a lot of people and not enough waiters. He had no way of knowing that today was one of the hardest days in my life. He was kind, attentive, and engaged me in a brief conversation in a natural way without it being forced. I sat for a bit after my meal and had refills for another half hour, until just after closing time. My waiter's name is Ethan. Melissa told me that while she wasn't the manager, I should put a review up online so that my compliment gets back to him. I don't know if I will be back here any time soon. If I am, I will hope to see Ethan, who just did his job and who was genuine.“

“I'm not sure why in my mind I expected a mediocre experience but man was I wrong and glad of it.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and got the French Dip and Santa Fe Chicken Panini. We split them so we were able to both try two different sandwiches and they were stellar. The French Dip was the best I have ever experienced, even beating my own cooking as well as the Panini brought together flavors in a manner which I had never tried before and it was refreshing. All the wait staff were amazing and some even dressed up for the holiday spirit!

I felt like I was out but in the comfort of already made friends. And the food was delicious. The fries are so yummy. You must get the secret sauce too. 😋It’s as if food truck food collided with restaurant quality. Everyone should be trying Zeno’s Fusion. It’s a bonus that they are veteran owned and ran. In reading a couple of the reviews, I don't understand why someone would complain about the things they make up in their minds. First, a reviewer commented about political signs in the restaurant. I didn't see anything pertaining to politics. If they think supporting other individuals and not discriminating is political, please get educated. Secondly, to the person who complained about the huevos rancheros, this is not a Mexican restaurant. If you want authentic Mexican food then please go eat at a Mexican restaurant. Okay rant done 😁“

“Had a wonderful Veterans meal at thr Tanasborne location. Casey was our server. She was very professional and friendly,. Everything was prepaired just as requested, and she stopped by to ask if everything was OK 3 or 4 times. The best Veterans meal I have ever had. Will be returning again many times before next year. Although I will not forget next year V Day. Thank-you for honoring us.“

“I live in Portland but during the Pandemic I tend to avoid indoor spaces within the City limits. To the suburbs I go. Coffee and muffins for two at Ava’s was great. Very limited indoor seating made for a pleasant and safe experience. We had coffee, we talked without masks and I enjoyed this place. If you want to meet for coffee in Beaverton and actually sit and talk with someone, this is a good place. I don’t know if they take reservations, but they should. I would hesitate to have anything much larger than a 3-top here. Again, small space with limited and nicely spaced pandemic seating. Pleasant pandemic coffee meeting place. Go Beaverton!“

“La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. My server made us feel so welcome and the general manager delivered my birthday Sunday this place knows how to make great food and treat their customers, right.“
