My son had a kids burger, and they let him sub out a biscuit for the fries with no fuss. He loved the biscuit, which I guess is a family recipe. Great little gem in Sherwood.“

“We went for a friend’s 6th birthday. We had fun letting the kids run around and play games. When it came time to pick out prizes my son chose a plastic snake. Waylon was very patient with my son while he tried to make the very difficult decision of what prize to pick (with 45 points). Fast forward 15 minutes later he trips and the snake breaks. He was understandably upset. We went back to the prize counter and Waylon was an absolute angel. He not only got my son a new snake, he connected the broken one to the new one to create a mega snake. He went out of his way and was super kind. We need more Waylons in the world!! Thank you for your kindness!“

“I came in after a suppper long shift and my brain just could not comprehend this menu at all, but one of the employees his name was Jake he was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to explain how it works and even when I still just could not get it he stayed patient and calm which you just don’t see enough of these days. I really enjoyed the food, the employees, and I felt super welcomed here. Definitely check it out!“

“The food was amazing. I got a salad with a teriyaki burger and fries. My kids ordered off the kids' menu and got quite a bit of food. We ended up taking home the leftover food. The server we had was super attentive to our needs with refills, extra napkins, and even talking to the kids, making sure everything was to our liking. They had so many antiques on the walls from signed pictures of celebrities to memorabilia old signs, and they even have a pool table you can play. They even have multiple tvs set up so you can watch sports while you eat. They even serve alcohol. They also have a fenced-in outdoor eating area.

Parking: They have covered parking spaces and we'll as non covered spaces and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and the servers are great with the kids making sure to include them in conversations.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance.“

“The food was amazing, I loved the Chef Salad and my dad and sister said the Club Sandwich was great. My favorite part was the people, the servers were so nice and sweet, very fast service (although it was a slow day). All smiles and very kind and gracious when I accidentally spilled my entire glass of water lol. I'd definitely come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place for the family.“

“Hibby and I like Elmer's and have eaten at many of them. The Woodburn Elmer's is by far the best one we have had the pleasure to eat in. The Sausage patties, hashbrowns and the omelet with a cheddar cheese sour cream sauce were excellent! Staff were great, restaurant open and clean, portions were great for the price. “In comparison to other McMenamins locations, this one is pretty mundane. It’s located in a strip mall. It offers inside and outside seating. The layout reminds me of an Applebees but with McMenamins decorations. The food and drinks are of course McMenamins. Our server was great and made the experience great. It was strange too but be in a McMenamins restaurant that doesn’t scream historical history.“

“Hispanic bar with a limited amount of drinks. They have tacos for $3 a piece. Tortillas on tacos were homemade and meat was good. No menu or many things to select from. Mainly a spot to grab a beer and play slots. Don't come here if you are wanting a large dinner.“
