“We regularly meet at the Wilsonville location, seating outside as it's a convenient spot for all coming from difference directions. We love seating outside (parking lot side) and I always make reservations. However, when I checked in, we were urged to sit on the bar side which is open seating and near the road. We didn't like it and promptly requested to be seated in our usual spot where there is restaurant service. Once that issue was fixed, we enjoyed the quieter atmosphere, great food and service! We're coming back in August for our next get together!“

“I recommend not ordering fries unless they can guarantee they have not been fried in the same oil they used for fish. In addition I’d also recommend asking to have the bacon on your sandwich not be a bunch of small pieces where some are dark and crispy and some are barely cooked & chewy. I’d been looking forward to my sandwich & sweet potato fries for 2 days prior & was extremely disappointed that the fries tasted awful & the bacon was cooked unevenly. I’ve had meals there in the past that have been tasty, which is why we went back. Eating out is not cheap & if I’m going to spend $$ patronizing this restaurant, I’d like my food to taste good.“

“First time at this one and our waiter was phenomenal! I got the chicken pot pie and salad. I honestly think it was the best pot pie I've ever had! My Mom and I shared a banana creme pie! Delicious! Told them they need to build closer to Eugene and he said plans are for Salem next.“

“We went for a friend’s 6th birthday. We had fun letting the kids run around and play games. When it came time to pick out prizes my son chose a plastic snake. Waylon was very patient with my son while he tried to make the very difficult decision of what prize to pick (with 45 points). Fast forward 15 minutes later he trips and the snake breaks. He was understandably upset. We went back to the prize counter and Waylon was an absolute angel. He not only got my son a new snake, he connected the broken one to the new one to create a mega snake. He went out of his way and was super kind. We need more Waylons in the world!! Thank you for your kindness!“

In reading a couple of the reviews, I don't understand why someone would complain about the things they make up in their minds. First, a reviewer commented about political signs in the restaurant. I didn't see anything pertaining to politics. If they think supporting other individuals and not discriminating is political, please get educated. Secondly, to the person who complained about the huevos rancheros, this is not a Mexican restaurant. If you want authentic Mexican food then please go eat at a Mexican restaurant. Okay rant done 😁“

“I came in after a suppper long shift and my brain just could not comprehend this menu at all, but one of the employees his name was Jake he was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to explain how it works and even when I still just could not get it he stayed patient and calm which you just don’t see enough of these days. I really enjoyed the food, the employees, and I felt super welcomed here. Definitely check it out!“

“The food was amazing. I got a salad with a teriyaki burger and fries. My kids ordered off the kids' menu and got quite a bit of food. We ended up taking home the leftover food. The server we had was super attentive to our needs with refills, extra napkins, and even talking to the kids, making sure everything was to our liking. They had so many antiques on the walls from signed pictures of celebrities to memorabilia old signs, and they even have a pool table you can play. They even have multiple tvs set up so you can watch sports while you eat. They even serve alcohol. They also have a fenced-in outdoor eating area.

Parking: They have covered parking spaces and we'll as non covered spaces and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and the servers are great with the kids making sure to include them in conversations.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance.“

“We have a 5 year old who’s on the spectrum, we’ve been going to this hops n drops for years, never once have any of the staff been annoyed if she’s a little loud or wants to see what they are doing. This restaurant is one of the only ones she will eat all her food at so we frequent. We’ve had the best experience with the staff there to help accommodate our little one and we absolutely love it.“

“The food was amazing, I loved the Chef Salad and my dad and sister said the Club Sandwich was great. My favorite part was the people, the servers were so nice and sweet, very fast service (although it was a slow day). All smiles and very kind and gracious when I accidentally spilled my entire glass of water lol. I'd definitely come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place for the family.“

“Hibby and I like Elmer's and have eaten at many of them. The Woodburn Elmer's is by far the best one we have had the pleasure to eat in. The Sausage patties, hashbrowns and the omelet with a cheddar cheese sour cream sauce were excellent! Staff were great, restaurant open and clean, portions were great for the price. “In comparison to other McMenamins locations, this one is pretty mundane. It’s located in a strip mall. It offers inside and outside seating. The layout reminds me of an Applebees but with McMenamins decorations. The food and drinks are of course McMenamins. Our server was great and made the experience great. It was strange too but be in a McMenamins restaurant that doesn’t scream historical history.“

“Hispanic bar with a limited amount of drinks. They have tacos for $3 a piece. Tortillas on tacos were homemade and meat was good. No menu or many things to select from. Mainly a spot to grab a beer and play slots. Don't come here if you are wanting a large dinner.“

“We recently dined in at this location and we were all blown away by the service, food and atmosphere. Zack was our waiter and he was very attentive and friendly. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating to our large party and small kids. The food came out quickly, even on a busy evening and everything was delicious. Really fun, lively environment! “Hello Woodburn Community! I want to give a SHOUT OUT to our own Red Robin Gourmet Burgers which we visited on Sunday afternoon 1/21/24. Our server Carter was fantastic, the manager stopped at our table , the Crew sang Happy Birthday at another table as most of the restaurant joined in singing and clapping (of which did not happen when we went to celebrate one of our own family members birthdays last time we visited ☹️)-this was a great experience. “I've been to another location of the Biscuits Cafe in the past and was not super impressed with the quality of the food. However, this location served me and my friend an amazing brunch, the servers were super polite and kind and we had a good time. I would say the service was a little bit lacking, like the host didn't give us silverware or water, and it seemed to be a very slow day for them. (I actually had to steal silverware from an empty table to stir my coffee and wipe up condensation from the table). It was a weekday, and everyone was super nice. I'd go again.“

“This is hands-down the best Denny’s I have ever been to, out of probably a dozen or so. As a chain, the prices are always low, but here you get VALUE. The ingredients taste fresh, the cook on foods is superb, and items come out quickly. Host and servers are friendly and attentive, very little waiting. The atmosphere is clean and bright. I moved away a year ago, ate here again while on a visit, and the quality is just as high as I remembered.

“The food was decent, our waiter was great. HOWEVER, a worker by the name of Josh, was super rude, yelled, and raised his voice at another waitress about taking an order that was his, (I’m guessing there was a duplicate order) 🤷🏻‍♀️ in front of everyone sitting trying to enjoy their food. No one should be talked to like that, especially at their workplace and in front of the customers. I’m not sure if he thought he was more important than her (she spoke broken English), but that was not okay at all. I did approach Josh and let him know how unprofessional he was and suggested he have some grace and respect for all the other workers.“
