“We visited Bullwinkle’s in January and had a really fun time overall. We spent the day bowling, playing in the arcade, and grabbing a meal there. The bowling was definitely the highlight—everyone had a great time, and it was a perfect activity for our group.

The arcade was also a lot of fun with plenty of games to choose from. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the go-karts during our visit, so we weren’t able to try those, but they looked like they would be a blast in warmer weather.

The food was pretty mediocre, nothing special, but it got the job done and didn’t take away from the experience. Even without the outdoor activities, we still left having had a great time.

All in all, Bullwinkle’s is a fun place for families and kids, especially if you’re looking for indoor entertainment on a cold day.“

The staff went out of their way to answer questions, anticipate our needs and make sure we were taken care of. I rarely write reviews but this group of people deserve the time it takes to do this.“

The only thing was that it was not packed in a to-go bag but save the environment I guess was the idea. Would have loved some utensils as well. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken that I have found around the metro area. Waffle was pretty good too and the syrup was fantastic. “This chain on Pubs, breweries, historical Inns and quirky events are a one of a kind place. 60 plus locations are all unique in character, but you always know you are at a McMenamins by the decor of each is different but with a similar theme. Mostly the same menu as a whole but individual items specifically to that location' menu changes quarterly.
Sherwood location is a heavily forest feel with lots of wood booths. Always very happy and friendly staff and a very comfortable feel about it. Z little like a British pub this one.
If you have never experienced a McMenamins you need to just do it. You will not be sorry“

“OMG! Absolutely fabulous restaurant and great food. Our server, Amber was wonderful in her recommendations for a special birthday lunch. The shrimp & grits are out of the world! Delicious is an understatement, a must have! The French dip was tender and cooked just right! But a must have is the chocolate mint cake! This cake was divinely marvelous and so yummy! Highly recommend this quaint restaurant and kudos to the chef and our fabulous server, Amber! Can’t wait to go back!“

“Hispanic bar with a limited amount of drinks. They have tacos for $3 a piece. Tortillas on tacos were homemade and meat was good. No menu or many things to select from. Mainly a spot to grab a beer and play slots. Don't come here if you are wanting a large dinner.“

I’d been waiting for a halal menu, and finally got to try it last Sunday for breakfast with my group around 10:30 am. We ordered the Egg Benedict Spicy Polano, Avocado Toast, Big Steak Omelette, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Vanilla Creamy Cold Foam Brew, Coffee, and Chicken Fajita Omelette. It's a great spot with plenty of options. “Biscuits cafe feels like a warm breakfast at a friend's house. Great, kind staff and friendly hosts. The food always tastes better than home made but with a nice diner style touch and because they offer options to choose what your meal is from a standard American breakfast meal offering list (eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, etc) you can never go wrong and always can get what you want.

They also have a great selection of specialties and a good variety of flavor. I've had many menu items but specifically the chicken fried steak with over easy eggs is a very hearty but worth it flavor explosion. I also love huevos rancheros and they make it extremely well. The cinnamon toast French toast is a sweet and warm breakfast offering if you want something more sweet. They also always cook the eggs exactly to the requested consistency where if you ask for an over easy egg it is runny but never undercooked. They also have salt and pepper and other condiments at the table so you can add what amount to taste for your palette.

Other than that I have to mention the consistency. Every time I have been here I have had a good experience and ate great food.“

I don't eat pork and enjoy the fact that they offer other meat options. I got the veggie omelet that was enjoyable. We were agreed immediately then represented with our drinks and menu right away. I was surprised at how low the prices are. It’s all very reasonable and affordable.

I have the ultimate omelette. The omelette itself was decent or at least average, which is OK for the price. the hashbrowns, however, were great - extra crispy on the outside and softer on the inside.
The English muffin was a little bit over toasted and under buttered based on my preference.
The kids pancake with bacon option was good and yeah, that’s her whipped cream without asking so my son loved it.

The entire restaurant looked very, very clean as were the bathrooms.
Service is very good fast and friendly.“

HOWEVER, a worker by the name of Josh, was super rude, yelled, and raised his voice at another waitress about taking an order that was his, (I’m guessing there was a duplicate order) 🤷🏻‍♀️ in front of everyone sitting trying to enjoy their food. I’m not sure if he thought he was more important than her (she spoke broken English), but that was not okay at all.
