It's got the usual classic foundation of the 2 patties and yet on a light, thinner brioche, not a fat chonker. All flavor. Then it is smeared with a roasted potato spread, chili mayo and the crispy fried jalapeños and onions. Prefect balance. I just finished it and want another.“

“Excellent mexican food. Got #9 Birria plate and a #10 QuesaBirria Taco (3) plate. Lots of food provided in each of the plates! The Birria plate had at least 1/2-3/4 pounds of chuck roast, along with servings of mexican rice and pinto beans, radish slices, lime wedges and 4 good sized flour tortillas. The QuesaBirria Tacos were comprised of 3 regular sized tacos with a large pint of birria consome and radish slices and lime wedges. The taco tortillas had been dunked in birria sauce properly. The birria meat and t
was tender, the consome flavorful and nothing overly salty. Food definitely scratch made and not processed or frozen premade. Food staid hot for the 20 minutes it took for me to get to a spot where I could get a cold one to drink with it. Then, I was too hungry to take photos of the food before digging in. Definitely a very good spot for Mexican food, especially birria.“

Perfectly crispy on the exterior yet, the meat still tender and moist. Priced a bit higher but you get what you pay for. As the portions are quite large. He’s not one for conversation but cordial. We have eaten there over a dozen times and the fish and chips are on point Every. Single. Time. A must if at BGs.“

“This is the type of authentic taco food cart with great food that you may be looking for. It is great for a quick lunch outside on a day with good weather. I really liked the nice service from the servers and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. It is a food cart, so there is only outdoor seating but it is clean. I would recommend the owners add a couple more picnic tables and maybe remove the odd bar structure on the patio. Also beware that parking is limited. But otherwise I recommend it.“

The savory smells emitted from the truck get your mouth watering like one of Pavlov's Dogs. Strongly recommend the breakfast burritos and supreme burrito, but you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Really wish they would bring back fish tacos! They have a truck near 185th and Canyon Road if you want to check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed! The convenience is nice, however the food and hospitality are next level!“
