“My friend and I decided to come and have happy hour and we ordered california roll the wagu beef sliders the cod tacos and the fishermens stew. I enjoyed the sliders very much. The california roll had more rice than filling but, the crab meat, avocado and cucumber had good flavor but the quantity was very small. the cod tacos didn't say it was blackened with spices that were a little more than my taste buds could handle. the fishermens stew was very flavorfull and had well cooked fish and seafood. I would not recommend the california roll because of the amount of rice.“

“I like just about everything about Chick-fil-A, just a couple minor complaints which are hardly worth mentioning; The dips or sauces that you are given to go with your meal do not open easily, four out of four partially tore the top and so there's no dipping to be done so we were left with having to shake or pour out of a fairly small hole in the foil topping. Also the Chick-fil-A we visited did not have outdoor seating which is always nice when the weather is nice! Our chicken sandwiches were superb and the waffle fries perfect, and the young man serving us very professional however! 👍“

I have a medical condition and should not have attempted to eat French food, but a good friend was in town and I really wanted to eat here with the. The server was SO kind and the kitchen offered to make a unique dish for me to enjoy. It was an altered version of the Sturgeon dish. I was amazing and it was so kind of them to work with me so that I could actually eat with my friends. So impressed with their kindness, quality and care.“

We enjoyed the ambiance greatly, were delighted by all 8 dishes we got, and loved the service.
My husband ordered the Old Fashioned Cocktail and the Bar Manager came out to introduce himself and tell us more about what makes it so special. He actually works with a local distillery to create the drink and bottle it. It was so good we ordered 2 and then went to the store down the street to buy our own bottle!

The small plates are incredible, and from 5-6 each night you can get a little 2-person sampler of all of them for only $38! Best deal in town! And then if you’re hungry, the steak was cooked PERFECTLY.

Today, I had their new breakfast burrito. Hands down the BEST Bessie burrito I've ever had. The flavor profile is on point! A mix of grilled and smokey flavors. Bacon and Mexican Chorizo, and the chorizo wasn't over powering. You can not go wrong. I promise it'll be the best breakfast burrito you've ever had. “Ate here with my family in October 2024. Nice sunny, chilly day visiting Portland. I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My boys had burgers and loved them. The lemonade was delicious but expensive for the little cup. In a little section off the street with 3 other food trucks, and some outdoor picnic seating. We had no problem parking around the corner, but no parking right in front. Free water and cups are available in the seating area.“

The pita was soft, closer to a fluffy flour tortilla, and the sandwiches we had that came in a pita were actually wrapped in a trifolded pita and pressed like a panini. The felafel were big and delicious. The baklava was in a orange blossom syrup and was perfect. The service was personable and on point. It’s on an active block of N Williams, so it’s a fun area to walk around before/after. Highly recommended.“

“I had the BBQ burger, fries, and a soda. It came in at ~$20 with a tip. You place an order at a digital kiosk on arrival.

The bun and burger dressings (fried onions, jalapeños, bacon) were quite good, as was the bun. The patty, which feels machine-made, was a little disappointing. For the price, I'd expect something hand formed. While the webpage states it is grilled medium, mine was well-done.

Fries were great, despite being served with about a tablespoon of ketchup.

The atmosphere is fast casual. The water station was empty when I arrived, as was the napkin dispenser at my table.

I plan to give this place another shot. if their salads are serviceable, and some of the issue above are addressed, I could see this being a regular spot.“
