“I’m on the fence with this restaurant. I like the staff and ambiance but the food isn’t as good as I’d expect. Tonight I had the halibut dinner but my favorite thing was the coconut rice; not the halibut. The halibut had berries on top but there was no sauce or yummy dressing to bring the asparagus and everything together. The fish was dry and tough. I just wasn’t feeling it; especially for the price. I might give it one more chance but unfortunately there are a few other restaurants in town that are doing a better job. I bummed because I was hoping it would be my next favorite place to dine at.”

“One of the best restaurants we have been to in years. The restaurant is small and quaint with the New York decor and set up where the service is top notch and fast. The steaks were cooked to perfection as was the seafood plate that was ordered. The food presentation was very appealing. Frank, our waiter was one of the best we have experienced. He knew his menu and what is desirable in the food explaining the different steak cuts and the preferred fat marbling. Very attentive and personable. We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant”

My Daughter recently went to our local Dutch Bros and when she went to turn into a parking spot the parked car next to the spot wasn’t paying attention and backed up into her as she was pulling in. My daughter immediately in tears! The employees at Dutch Bros saw what happened and paid for my daughter and her passengers drinks to help brighten up her day! That was such an amazing gesture from the employees!”

They have a great bar selection with local beers and fun mixed drinks (including mocktails that are shockingly yummy) healthy smoothies and really good coffee. Service is always fast and friendly. You may have a little wait time for the pizza but totally worth it! Try the sliders special if you get the chance 😉”

Had everyone meet up there (15+ people) to find that they were closed for some reason. Went across the street to La Burrita but they weren’t able to seat all of us. Decided to walk down to Mountain Mikes. We were worried about their closing time, but the person behind the counter (I believe either he was the manager or owner) assured us it wasn’t an issue and told us we were free to use their event room. Made us feel totally welcome and averted my growing anxiety attack over my wife’s birthday being ruined. Everyone working there was super nice, they got us our pizza fast (considering the large orders), and the food was great. So thanks for helping save my wife’s birthday. Earned a few loyal customers last night.”

“This is a little late, but it’s been a busy holiday season. Although most of my kids are older, they still love themes. So this year for my older son, the theme was Stephen King’s “It”. G.G.s made me a beautiful white cake with white icing that “bled” raspberry filling when you cut it open. It went perfect with our decorations and the other things we had planned for his birthday. Not to mention that the cake was delicious and everybody loved it. Thank you so much!”

“If you go on a Weds or Thurs night, usually there's a lady working that really goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is having a good time. She kind of interacts with everyone, which gets everyone interacting with each other instead of everyone just sitting there staring at their machines silently. There's usually music playing, and you can order beer and some snacks food items and non alcoholic drinks as well. There's also some limited meal type items, they aren't anything special but if you get hungry it's really nice to have and the prices are great. I think I got a Philly steak and chips/drink for $5 or $6 or something like that. I've seen a lot of people make big hits on the machines there too! Definitely recommend, and especially recommend that if you go you go on a Weds/Thurs evening/night. The ladies that work the other nights are all very nice too though, and will also take good care of you. Never been there during day shifts.”

“The food here is always good and this location is always super clean, it's very impressive, coming from someone who works in fast food it's relieving to see a nice clean kitchen and floors. The employees are always great and the service is quick. Food comes out fast without it being so fast that you're left wondering how long the food must've been sitting there- you can tell you're getting fresh made food. Also one of the only fast food places in the area I won't get a sick stomach after eating. Overall great, would recommend this location for sure”

“My buddies and I love to come here after we do, well, anything in town(bowling, movie, etc). When we think of alternatives places to eat we just end up coming back to Abby’s. Specifically Williams highway cause it’s the most convenient but we like other Abby’s location's to. They have an arcade and coloring activities for kids and have beer on tap and long tables for adults and large groups. You guys gotta get a location in Corvallis Oregon if you haven’t already cause I’m off to OSU soon as of writing this review!”

“I stopped by this Starbucks driving from Oregon to California. I expected a quick coffee order and off I'd go. But it became memorable because the barista was so engaging and so proud of his store. The barista told me about his store and we chatted about the products. I wish I lived nearby...I'd go often! I do not remember the name of the barista. He is young with short blond hair and I believe he will go far.”

But yesterday I ordered the super fries, when I opened the box I realized I had made a mistake by not asking them if the fries had a breading on them..... 🫣😐😕
I called and the person on the phone was so extremely helpfull, she did not know off hand and went into the cooler to check on the ingredients list for me and confirmed there was in fact wheat ingredients....
😔 I was disappointed but I figured hey ill just give it to a friend who can eat it whatever lesson learned .....
Today I noticed they DID NOT CHARGE ME ! never expected that and I did not request it but I am soooooo soon gratefull!!!!

I saw some nasty reviews on here of people talking about some pie from another location and it's really heartbreaking to see people complaining about how a totally different business handled this woman's delicious pies as if SHE was responsible.”

“There was a much older woman who was our waitress who was exceptionally rude. She didn't bring my wife's soda, and when asked for it, she acted like we were asking her for something that was just too much trouble. My wife's chili-dog was very tasteless, and obviously microwaved. I had the Piper burger, which was close, but just not the same. When I tried to offer a suggestion on how to make it more like the original, the server got visibly upset. She also denigrated my wife for not finishing her meal (she only eats small amounts at one time, and at 60 years old she certainly doesn't need someone telling her how to eat!). That woman needs some customer service training, as her rudeness guaranteed WE WON'T BE BACK. There's LOTS of places to get a burger, don't waste your money at this place.”

“I've been here twice to get food after shopping. I previously ordered a quesadilla with chicken and it was delicious. The portions are large and I'm a big guy, so you will be satisfied. The staff has been friendly both times and I haven't had any communication issues. The second time I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and it was delicious and left me so full that i couldnt eat the last 10% because I was so stuffed. I also got some of the mild sauce because I grew up without hot sauce in my life and now the mild sauce at The Bell is spicy to me. This sauce was green and delicious with a slight heat and flavor.

Please give this restaurant a try. Its faster if you go in through the food entrance. So much better than the Golden Arches that used to be there!”

“The food was great terrible service waitress never came back . finally this lady came by maybe manager she then asked if needed anything then again after 20 minutes of waiting she never came back either. we decided to leave and i let the manager know he said sorry and very nice give us a discount off the bill. This is the second time here now in Grants Pass . i really want to like this place but im not having a good experience here anymore. Hopefully this can be resolved !!!! $40 for 2 burgers and about 8 fries and was looking forward to more then that for just a $16 hamburger with 6 fries and no refill . Supposed to be endless . I was still hungry after leaving ..”
